Nice cozy room. Not too far away from the station, rather was centrally placed between the station and the cable car station. Slightly on the higher side. |

An incredible place to stay. Great location with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Right in the center of Zermatt. Close to the gondolas and trains up the mountains. Great restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Free shuttle got us from and to the train station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The rooms were lovely--spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and had a great views of the Matterhorn. The Julens are very cordial hosts. What your website doesn't mention is that his restaurant downstairs is truly superb. This hotel is a "perfect 10" as befits an Olympic champion! No complaints. |

Zentrale Lage des Hotels, moderne Zimmer mit Laminatfussboden und guten Bädern. Lobby und Frühstücksraum wirken verstaubt und brauchen eine Auffrischung. |

Tienen un restaurante excelente, tanto de materias primas, elaboración ( aunque sencilla, adecuada), y una atención excelente Quiza, no el Hottel sí, pero me sorprendió la imposibilidad de acceder al pueblo con coche, quizá debería informarse en la reserva. Aunque no uvimos ningún tipo de problemas, al contrario. |
