It was an all round fantastic Hotel to stay in. It was the best experience we have had in many years. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this was certainly our best experience ever! |

1. Good location. 2.it was a quite hotel. 1. the room service staff opend our door while we were sleeping twice although we chose to not clean our room in the door option and told them verbaly. 2. very old style bathroom also the bed room. 3. theire evaluation sheet wasn't in english. 4. no elevator directly to the last floor. |

Location For breakfast we received cold omelet and cold sausages. The sink was clogged and water didn’t go through. We ourselves had to call maintenance group to fix this problem. |

The concierge staff was extremely helpful, maybe the best I've ever encountered! The rest of the staff was helpful, as well. |

Excellent location and great staff. Lack of amenities like a pool and 33Francs (about US$33) per person for breakfast. |

I have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed it immensely. This visit was way below my expectations and highly disappointing. The construction, the fact that we had to move rooms, it was all distracting. The contruction and noise level. Unacceptable. |

Staff の皆さんいつも笑顔で対応してくれて、感じがよい。 スイスは押しなべて物価が高いので仕方が無いのかも知れませんが、部屋代がもうすこし安いと満足度１００％近くになりますが。。。。。 |
