Absolut Top, das Personal sehr freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich, Essen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet, tolle Weine, hervorragend, Lage und Blick bei Zimmer mit Seeblick einfach unglaublich, Bad und Zimmer sehr schön, nicht überfüllt - alles sehr edel unbedingt eine Reise wert.

位置很好，就在日内瓦湖边。历史悠久，1865年的酒店，不过西西公主遇刺时便是下榻的这个酒店。WIFI- 免费。 设施比较旧，历史悠久的酒店大都如此。想象力特别丰富的孩子慎重选择，我老公听说是西西公主遇刺时下榻的酒- 店，当晚就梦见吸血鬼了。。。马桶完全独立于盥洗室，不在同一区间，使用起来很不习惯。

Хороший отель для тех кто любит останавливаться в старинных домах с антикварной обстановкой, при этом в отеле нет лишнего пафоса. Вид из окна обычного номера вас не впечатлит (окна выходят на внутренний двор, не очень живописный)

Grosses, stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Отличный номер с видом на озеро, если не считать балаган происходящий за окном на набережной от шума каруселей и воплей катающихся на них. Думаю не свойственно это Женеве.... Но наверно это вина не отелей, расположенных на озере. При расчете списали с карточки на 400 франков больше, хорошо что вовремя заметил.... Извинились и пообещали вернуть на карточку обратно.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, die Freundlichkeit wirkt aber künstlich und aufgesetzt nach dem Motto "Wir müssen freundlich sein". Der Zimmerservice funktionierte nur teilweise.

La vue sur le lac Le personnel d'accueil qui essaie de vous " refiler "une chambre sur ville, alors que nous avions réservé sur lac, et il a fallu nous justifié avec la réservation Booking.com version papier, car il prétendait que nous nous trompions! Décoration et ambiance dépassées. "corbeille de fruits" dans la chambre qui se résume à 4 pommes! Personnel peu aimable et prétentieux.

Staff was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgable. Our suite was beautifully appointed, very comfortable. Exquisite food. The atmosphere was that of a true palace.
