Terrific location - right by the lake. Great view across Lake Geneva and of the world's largest fountain, Jet d'Eau! On a clear, marvellous view of alps & Mont Blanc from our Prestige suite. Generally warm courteous & outstanding hospitality. We stayed for three nights. The mini bar was not replenished. The Swiss lady hostess at breakfast seemed a bit unkind, callous, mean. Perhaps, overworked.

Das Hotel hat eine faszinierende Historie m it Sissi, König Ludwig ii von Bayern usw. üBer diese Geschichte wollte ich eine ausführliche Publikation haben, die es leider nicht gibt. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gut familiengeführt, was sich M. E. insgesamt positiv auf die Gesamt- Qualität auswirkt. Die Lage am Genfer see ist einmalig schön.

レセプション、コンシェルジェなどのスタッフの対応、部屋の清潔さ、Lake viewの見晴らしなど、満足いたしました。一週間前に日本から電話でChat Botteの予約をしたはずでしたが、予約が通っていないと言われたことだけが残念でした。（席に余裕があ- ったので、予定通りChat Botteで美味しい食事をすることはできましたので、実際には何の問題もなかったのですが・・）。また、- 早朝の便であることから朝6時半に朝食のルームサービスをお願いいたしましたが、きわめてqualityの- 高い食事とサービスだったと、高く評価しています。
