Arranged for dinner for my daughter's 18th birthday dinner. My daughter invited 3 of her school friends back to our room at 4am in the morning to crash on the floor as my daughter did not want them to go home at that time. The girls slept on the floor and couch and id not use the facility. On check out early the next morning as I had a flight to Amman early from Zurich, the manager added $300.00 supplement for the 3 girls and when questioned about, became indignant and insisted that they discussed this with my daughter the night before. My daughter is very frugal and would have mentioned this to me. I questioned her infront of the night manager and she insisted that she was not told. After much discussions, which was not good, the manager reluctantly relented. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and felt that I treated like a criminal. This is not good and I will not be staying at this facility again and will be telling all of my friends of this treatment.

Персонал приветлив. Чисто. Удобен для бизнесменов, приезжающих в долину Швейцарских часовых заводов, но не для отдыха. Озеро Невшатель отличается от других озер Швейцарии, на которых приходилось бывать, тем, что происхождение воды, судя по всему, не ледникового характера, отсюда - в начале мая на берегу множество мошкары. Окна отеля снаружи все были облеплены мелкой черной мошкарой!! Открыть окна невозможно, соответственно, ни о каких красивых видах и свежем озерном воздухе в номере нечего и говорить...

La atención de todo el personal. Exquisitos en el trato Sí, que tienen un hammam (más bien una sauna), que ofertan entre sus servicios sin decir en ningún momento que tiene coste. Y mi sorpresa fue en el check out que tuve que pagar

Le rapport qualité/prix est surévalué. Le service au restaurant de l'hôtel laisse à désirer, pas assez de serveurs pour le nombre de clients, du coup le buffet petit-déjeuner n'est pas ravitaillé dans les temps et il faut longuement patienter pour être servi. Le service en chambre est surprenant, la femme de chambre nous a demandé de quitter les lieux afin qu'elle puisse nettoyer, le dimanche matin à 10h00 ...

Einmal etwas Luxus geniessen in einer romantischen Umgebung und nebenbei noch einwenig SPA. Ruhige Lage direkt am See mit Park. Im Hammam hat das Wasser zu trinken oder/und Früchte gefehlt.

Sehr schöne Lage, nicht zu großees Hotel Anfahrt zum Hotel etwas unübersichtlich, man fährt automatisch in die öffentliche Parkgarage, eine bessere Kennzeichnung wäre gut

Sehr hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal, grosse Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf See, ruhige Lage/Zimmer, grosses Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne, separates wc. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt, es gibt nichts negatives zu erwähnen.

La situation de l'hôtel, la grandeur de la chambre, l'amabilité du personnel, la décoration et le confort de l'hôtel. Les matelas reposaient sur une planche en aggloméré et non pas sur un sommier à lattes. Le confort du lit est donc trop dur et spartiate ! La petite terrasse de la chambre côté jardin-lac souffre du bruit du trafic car la route est passante.

Excellent emplacement, très bon brunch le dimanche J'ai eu une chambre au 4ème étage avec 2 minuscules fenêtres rendant la chambre beaucoup trop sombre. En comparant avec les autres chambres des 5 étoiles que j'ai visité, celle-ci était moins bien.
