Excellent accueil, personnel de la réception stylé. L'emplacement, au bord du lac, petit déjeuner avec vue, sous la véranda au soleil. La salle de bain spacieuse et luxueuse; le dressing, pratique; la bouilloire, avec café et tisanes à disposition dans la chambre. Le parking gratuit. Le service au restaurant, lent et poussant un peu trop à la consommation. |

Das Hotel ist super schön gelegen. Das Superiorzimmer ist schön und gross. Das Pricing im Gastrobereich ist fair. Das Servicepersonal im Gastrobereich war eher sachlich aber korrekt. Das jüngere Personal beherrschten die Fremdsprachen eher schlecht. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut jedoch für ein 5* Hotel eher als einfach zu bezeichnen. Ausgegangene Speise wurde nur teilweise ersetzt. Für Erstbesucher mit dem Auto ist der Hoteleingang eher schwierig zu finden. |

La situation au bord du Lac et la terrasse avec une vue superbe... Qu'on vous demande 20 chf pour chaque visite au spa est difficillement acceptable dans un hotel de ce niveau , la prestation devrait être inclue dans le prix de la chambre... |

Wir wählen das Beau Rivage Hotel immer wieder wegen der zentralen Lage zu Stadt. Dies gefällt uns sehr gut, auch schätzen wir das ambiennte am Abend in der Bar, sowie die schöne Aussicht auf den See beim Morgenessen. Nein, für ein Wochenende ist es optimal. |

Turvallinen. Palvelualtis henkilökunta. Luksusta haluavalle sopiva. Aamiainen todella hyvä. Hiljainen. Missä olikaan muut asukkaat? Lyhyt matka kaikkialle kaupungissa. Tämän tasoinen hotelli ei kuulu elämääni. Varasin huoneen tästä hotellista,koska huokeampaa ei ko ajankohtana keskustasta ollut saatavissa. Vuoristossa olisi ollut halvempia vaihtoehtoja,mutta matkani tarkoitus oli vain kaupungissa ja sen jäähallissa.Kaikki kävelymatkan päässä.Olin hotlassa vain nukkumassa, joten huokeampi olisi kyllä riittänyt. |

Le calm de la chambre, la qualité du service en général, le restaurant de l'hotel ainsi que le brunch du dimanche (excellent) Pour ceux qui ne sont pas habitué le lit est un peu dure, en tout cas dans ma chambre, mais bon c'est un détail. |
