hotel position good on lake room was in poor decorative state + dirty, we have stayed there is much nicer rooms at the same price |

I asked for a room with a balcony, knowing that there were not many of this type. I therefore telephoned in advance to ask and was told the room had a small balcony. Imagine my surprise that we were given a second floor room with a beautiful balcony, overlooking the lake. For a five star hotel I was rather disappointed with the service at breakfast. The used plates were left far too long on the tables. |

Good welcome and professional staff at the reception. The hotel as infrastructure is nice, welcome and reception are good. The breakfast is nice (as quality of the food) The waiting staff did not seem happy to work in the hotel. It seemed to be attended by students working only to finance their studies. Exception made for a waitress who was smiling. |

It is a very nice Hotel for a reasonable price. It is exactly at the seaside. But threre is only a poor possibility to take a swimm. |

Отель в целом очень хороший, стильный, комфортный и удобно расположенный. Ресторан тоже очень достойный. Спа центром не пользовались. Номера просторные, новые и красиво декорированы. Единственный существенный недостаток (если заказываете обычный номер) - нет балкона, вид у номера на улицу, к тому же единственное окно в номере очень маленькое и расположено высоко, ближе к потолку, и скорее напоминает бойницу в замковой башне, чем окно в номере отеля 5 * |
