Location is good, very close to Ouchy Metro Station. Staff are kind and helpful. Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is good too. I have stayed in a comfortable double room for 3 nights and i highly do recommend this hotel. It is definately a thumbs up. |

The pool was nice. The hotel was beautiful. Not worth the price when you have a room looking at parking lot! This was a special Birthday present splurge and very dissapointing. Will be posting on travel advisor also. Price for one drink by the pool was 23chf, ridiculous! Got a horrible room overlooking the parking lot for 480chf. Poor service at reception, many people behind desk, only one serving long line...this is a 5 star hotel? |

Absolutely superb hotel. Lovely location. Lots to do and see locally. Excellent facilities and terrific staff. Room superb. Complimentary drinks on arrival and champagne in our room - it was our honeymoon. Excellent spa. In house French restaurant: great food and service; adjacent Italian restaurant equally great also, as was bar. Superb breakfast. All brilliant. Very memorable stay. |

Prachtige kamer, mooi zwembad, ruim terras met heel mooi uitzicht maar vooral meer dan uitstekende service. Rookbeleid (kennelijk mocht er binnen gerookt worden, sigarenrokende heren in de lobby) |

Das Hotel war einwandfrei, nur die Buchung über Booking.Com war nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir werden in Zukunft nie über Booking.com buchen. |

Tres bonne adresse, à recommander, ambiance, professionnalisme, qualité de l'acceuil, piscine, spa, tennis, etc... Parfait. Quelques petites mesquineries comme l'acces internet wifi payant, une particularité tres européenne. |
