We liked the New Year's Eve party in the "Salle Sandoz". We booked a non smoking room. However when we came back to the room after the new year's eve party at around 2 am on 01/01/2013, the room was smelling like a smoking room. Thus we conclude that we were not provided with a genuinly non smoking room when checking-in and that we weren not informed about this fact.

My cons: 1. Excellent concierge staff 2. Good hospitality 3. Excellent location 4. Wide bathroom with nice jacuzzi My pros: 1. I've been led astray, I made a booking for a garden view room and it was not garden view (just one tree in front) and I requested to talk with the manager but I couldn't (the staff didn't care). They said we know this problem and we can do nothing for you!! This was DISAPPOINTING!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful in scheduling activities near Lausanne. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. THis hotel is expensive but you get what you pay for! Loved it!!!!

الفندق رائع من جميع النواحي وخاصة طريقتهم في الترحيب بالضيف واهتمامهم بادق التفاصيل ، وقد منحوني ترقيه الى جناح جونيور مطل على البحيرة وكان فاخر جداً اسعار المطاعم في الفندق غالية كثيراً

Tout n'est que luxe et volupté, on est envahi à chaque instants par la beauté des lieux, une magie se dégage dans chaque couloirs, salons... Un établissement de grande classe traditionnelle où il fait bon évoluer. Excellent dîner au café Beau Rivage où les mets sont choisis raffinés succulents, les vins superbes, le service à la hauteur. Petit déjeuner de grande classe, trés genereux à la Terrasse. Séour inoubliable, addition en rapport. Absolument rien!
