Beau-Rivage Palace  

スーペリアダブル（レイクビュー）に滞在しましたが、部屋はスィートとなっていて、寝室と応接室は別で、大- きな執務机、広いバスルームの他にゲスト用のトイレが別にありました。部屋はかなりモダンなインテリアでし- た。湖がキラキラと光り、ゆったりとした時を優雅に過ごすことが出来ました。朝食は、どれも美味しくさすが- でした。バスルームの備品も素敵でしたし、お部屋に入った時、美味しいサクランボが用意されていました。非- 日常の気分を味わうにはとても適したホテルです。

当日は近くでイベントがあり、交通規制が随所にあって、車が通れず難儀していましたが、どこを通ったら良い- 等のアドバイスがなかったので、宿泊した方々も困っていました。プールやスパもありましたが、たとえば、サ- ウナは水着着用なのか等聞きづらく、利用しなかったのが残念でした。利用についての簡単な説明があれば、と- 思いました。（おそらく語学力がない当方の責任でしょうが）

以前は、ウエルカムシャンパン、オレンジジユース，など飲み物のサービスがあったが、今回は、まったくなく- 　、部屋にはフルーツの盛り合わせもなっかた。テレビ放送も日本語放送をしてほしいと思う。フランス語圏だか- ら　やたら気位ガ高いのかしれないけれど。又荷物（旅行カバン）もなかなかもってきてくれなかった。もう少し気- をくばってほしいと思います。ベットメイキングも電話をしないと来ない。　　以前は今回ほどひどくなっかと思う。部屋代が高いのにホテル質　を疑いたくなる。

Excellent breakfast and glamorous design of the hotel. Food and services were exceptionally good at the Ann Sophie PIc restaurant.

The lake and mountain view, the friendly staff, the hotel itself (beautigul building), The food in the restaurants... The staff at the reception offered us an upgraded room for a very reasonable price, had the lake view instead of garden/building view.

The prices at the spa are extremely high. The garden view rooms are more a "building view rooms", that's why we prefered to change for a lake/mountain view with an extra payment.

The luxury and the upgrade! Service was the best ever received.

This place is tops. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the best of Swiss hospitality and responsiveness. The hotel located right on Lake Lausanne (more like a resort) is grand and is in tip-top shape - not an insignificant task given its size. We had a lake view room, which was comparable to any Four Seasons hotel...very large, luxurious, clean, and with every amenity one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. The room was whisper quiet and the beds extremely comfortable. The numerous hotel restaurants were all wonderful and best of all, they all had the best views of the lake in the city. The extensive gardens are filled with flowers and are well manicured. The pools were great for both relaxing and swimming laps. My wife really enjoyed the gym and spa, and my children were given free pastry and flower arrangement lessons, and sent on a treasure hunt around the grounds. Besides the facilities, the staff were ever attentive and friendly (no snobs here). A great value for those on vacation or business who desire the best.

An exeptional atmosphere, great location, wonderful spa facilities.

The room was quite small and the extra bed was really small for our 14- years old son.

Location is perfect, nice lake's views, service is excellent, delicious food is everythere in the hotel and by roomservice, comfort of the spa and suitable working hours. Beautiful biuldings of the hotel are very good maintained.

This was our 4th visit. We were made very welcome. Up graded our room which was a real treat after such a long drive from Italy. Much appreciated. Loved the room and the views.. Staff and service excellent. Spa lovely and relaxing. A favourite hotel of mine.

One of the best hotels in the world.

We enjoyed our stay at the beau-rivage especially the breakfast and the breakfast venue.Enjoyed the lake view from our balcony.Our kids enjoyed feeding the birds.

We were promised a change to a larger room at check in.We packed our bags ready for the switch which never took place due to miss management,they should not have made a promise that they could not keep.
