We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful in scheduling activities near Lausanne. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. THis hotel is expensive but you get what you pay for! Loved it!!!!

The Reception were very helpful and courteous; the Concierge is knowledgeable and prompt, and the Housekeeping is efficient and responsive. It is an experience that exceeded our exceptions and needs. It is the best hotel in that area, and they really do care about their guests.

The Cafe Beau-Rivage manager and employees need to be well trained, in order to be friendly and have a service with a smile to their guests; I wasn't satisfied when I dinned-in. I rate the Housekeeping 8 out of 10 for not providing new soaps on a daily basis. And finally, the hotel is a little bit overpriced.

On check-in, pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to lake view rooms. Excellent service - nothing was a problem for staff who were very helpful. Excellent food and excellent comfort.

We didnt have to pay parking because we had a disabled pass. Had we not have had this I am not sure how much the parking would have been, but I feel sure it would have been expensive.

One of the best hotels in the world.

This place is tops. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the best of Swiss hospitality and responsiveness. The hotel located right on Lake Lausanne (more like a resort) is grand and is in tip-top shape - not an insignificant task given its size. We had a lake view room, which was comparable to any Four Seasons hotel...very large, luxurious, clean, and with every amenity one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. The room was whisper quiet and the beds extremely comfortable. The numerous hotel restaurants were all wonderful and best of all, they all had the best views of the lake in the city. The extensive gardens are filled with flowers and are well manicured. The pools were great for both relaxing and swimming laps. My wife really enjoyed the gym and spa, and my children were given free pastry and flower arrangement lessons, and sent on a treasure hunt around the grounds. Besides the facilities, the staff were ever attentive and friendly (no snobs here). A great value for those on vacation or business who desire the best.

We enjoyed our stay at the beau-rivage especially the breakfast and the breakfast venue.Enjoyed the lake view from our balcony.Our kids enjoyed feeding the birds.

We were promised a change to a larger room at check in.We packed our bags ready for the switch which never took place due to miss management,they should not have made a promise that they could not keep.

An exeptional atmosphere, great location, wonderful spa facilities.

The room was quite small and the extra bed was really small for our 14- years old son.

Milujeme tento hotel a rádi se do něj vracíme zejména kvůli servisu recepce, consierge i pokojových služeb, které byly jako vždy perfektní

Den před odjezdem jsme večeřeli Cafe Beau Rivage. Takový servis (víno i mořský talíř), jakých se nám tam dostalo bychom nebyli ochotni akceptovat ani v restauraci tříhvězdičkového hotelu za Uralem. Škoda.

La magnifique chambre avec une baignoire qui donnait sur le lac et les alpes. L'excellent service également.

Un vrai service en chambre, personnel à l'écoute et disponible, propreté de tout l’hôtel. Le calme,la vue face au lac & montagne magnifique...

Inconcevable de n'avoir pas pu avoir de véritable jus d'orange frais pressé au petit déjeuné ?!

Завтраки,я думаю одни из лучших в мире) ,месторасположение, спа и внутренняя атмосфера отеля.

Уборка номеров. Достаточно небрежно, почти всегда не вовремя. Оставлял хорошие чаевые-не помогает. Относятся как к должному. Даже фрукты-комплимент от отеля кладут, что их хочется выбросить.
