I would say the best memory of the hotel is the manager- Floriant. He is a very nice and helpful person, ready to assist in questions that arise during the stay in Lausanne/Renens. The rooms look nice and are always clean. TV and Internet work perfect! Hotel is closr to Renens Gare stations, that maked trips to UNIL and Lausanne city center very easy and fast. There isnt much of choise of food in the hotel restaurant, but the breakfast is nice and filling. However, there are a few kebab, sweets and crepes places around.

It is a simple and honest hotel. Clean, cosy and unpretentious. The person working at the reception was kind and helpful and the same about the woman at the cafè downstairs where you have the nice breakfast. You feel well. Good value for money. The look of the hotel from outside. But once you are in you forget about that.

the last night, I had to go and I had no time to have breakfast, so they returned me 20 CHF. They gave us a card in order to use the public transports for free.

Ayant déjà séjourné une dizaine de fois au BHC j'ai été déçu cette fois de l'accueil et de la chambre. Évier bouché, ménage peu parfait... Dommage

Remboursement du petit déjeuner qui n'avait pas été servi cartes de transport offert pour la durée du séjour à Lausanne Ascenseur monte charge sans cabine intérieur ( 200 kg max) pas de réception le dimanche après midi et le lundi ( nécessité de passer par le restaurant mitoyen) pas de réception dans la journée pas de petit déjeuner servi le lundi matin ( restaurant fermé le lundi...)

C'est une excellent hôtel. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, l'arrêt de bus est à 2min à pied, le parking pour voiture est très pratique. En plus, ils vous donnent un pass pour les transports publics. Que du bonheur!
