Staff were extremely helpful and always were looking to assist us. Their food in their restaurant was excellent. We had a great room which was largeand had a great view of the Alps. |

the situation of the hotel was very good for getting to all the attractions and the transport systems which was second to none the quality of the hotelfood was average breakfast was acceptable but the portion size of the eveving meal was very poor and slighty tastless. |

Nice location just 10 minute walk outside Interlaken West Train Station and main town area, hotel also provided us with free local travel tickets for buses and trains however we were only there 2 nights so didn't get the chance to use them. |

good location near to Interlaken West railway station. However, it's a 10 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost station where the trains to the Jungfraujoch leave from. You do get a free bus pass for the immediate locality from the hotel at check-in so we just used this. |

Nice relaxed feel to Hotel. Staff seemed used to English guests, and were always very helpful. Bathroom a little 'dated', but nothing that would put me off from using this hotel again. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The location of the hotel with a fine view of the Jungfrau. The closeness to Interlaken West station. The gardens and its pleasant ambience. We thought the hotel could have provided a small hairdryer in each room. Although the room and ensuite were clean, the carpet was stained and generally the room needed some redecorating work. |
