Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a rear facing room and the views were nice - the front views however are spectacular. Restaurant was quite good both for dinner (if a bit expensive) and breakfast. Overall a very convenient hotel, with spacious car park and a good location. TV was very small for the room, furniture and decoration also bit dated. Worst bit was poor supply of toiletries in the bathroom. |

Good location. Helpful staff. Free parking was a useful touch. Was hot. No fans or Ac. booked and paid for triple room but got a double with a folding bed! Felt cheated. |

Convenient for access to city centre for shopping and dining. Not far from Interlaken West railway station Website should give directions to hotel from railway station. Had difficulty obtaining info from people as tourist info office is not located in the railway station. |

Location was lovely and quiet and very pretty, hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the flexibility of having an adjoining room next to the main room for family members was ideal. Cost for one night is regarded as expensive even acknowledging that ch is an expensive country in which to stay |

Very attentive staff good food and nice public rooms. The Sunday Brunch and Wednesday barbecue were great as was the view of the mountains. Excellent position for the town. Rooms were clean but a little tired. |

The staff were very welcoming, the owner was on hand and approachable a good location and the food was good. The local has enough to do for a MONTH amd the Beau Site is a good base. No it was a good hotel for the price |

Pleasant staff, nice common area. Room was very dark with dull lighting. Old furniture but clean, just less comfortable. Shower head did not stay up and was oddly designed in the middle of the tub. |

The first, the service of staff was really excellent. They could sort some our requests and problems out accurately and immediately. As next point is simple but sufficient breakfast with nice view. It would be better that you can ask to prepare the room which is faced to front side (street side) to staff because of you can enjoy beautiful mountains view from your room. |
