Atencion clientes, cobran 4% de mas si pagas con american express, esta practica esta prohibida. Ascensor peligroso para ancianos y niños. Beaware, the hotel charge 4% if you pay by american express. It is foridden by amex. The lift is very very dangerous with two sides open with out any inner doors. |

the situation of the hotel was very good for getting to all the attractions and the transport systems which was second to none the quality of the hotelfood was average breakfast was acceptable but the portion size of the eveving meal was very poor and slighty tastless. |

Nice location just 10 minute walk outside Interlaken West Train Station and main town area, hotel also provided us with free local travel tickets for buses and trains however we were only there 2 nights so didn't get the chance to use them. |
