Gostei muito da gentileza dos funcionários dess hotel, especialmente dos da recepção, extremamente solícitos. Gostaria que o quarto não estivesse com um cheiro forte que não consegui identificar. Talvez necessitasse de ficar mais arejado. |

A localização - perto da Estação Interlaken West e a vista marivilhosa. O Staff é muito bom e forneceu informações da cidade e do Jungfrau.The location, near Interlaken West Station and the view. The staff is nice and gave us many tips abaut the city and the Jungfrau tour. |

Staff were extremely helpful and always were looking to assist us. Their food in their restaurant was excellent. We had a great room which was largeand had a great view of the Alps. |

the situation of the hotel was very good for getting to all the attractions and the transport systems which was second to none the quality of the hotelfood was average breakfast was acceptable but the portion size of the eveving meal was very poor and slighty tastless. |

Nice location just 10 minute walk outside Interlaken West Train Station and main town area, hotel also provided us with free local travel tickets for buses and trains however we were only there 2 nights so didn't get the chance to use them. |

good location near to Interlaken West railway station. However, it's a 10 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost station where the trains to the Jungfraujoch leave from. You do get a free bus pass for the immediate locality from the hotel at check-in so we just used this. |
