The location, close to the airport and easy transportation (we took the bus). Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, we appreciated the fresh fruit and also the face cloths, the first we had at any hotel during our three weeks in Germany and Switzerland. Overall, the best hotel we stayed at during our three week holiday and I would certainly come again. We found the Italian restaurant a bit pricey for our budget but perhaps we should have asked if there was anywhere else near by to eat.

It's fairly easy to get to by bus or train and fairly close to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a good value including a wonderful breakfast so near the city of Zurich and the airport. We stay here when we are flying in or out of Zurich. We wish that there was air conditioning because it can get warm sometimes and with the windows open, it can be noisy in the evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The price/quality is very good. With S-Bahn you can get to the centre of Zurich in 10'. Airport is also very easy to reach with tram. The station is 5' walk from the hotel. Delicious food in the restaurant!

Preis / Leistung ist Ok. Das Restaurant ist absolut erstklassik. Die flexible Preispolitik führt zu Situationen, welche Unstimmigkeiten bei Gästen kreieren kann, da diese heute zu wenig ersichtlich ist. Ich meine damit nicht lastninute. Ich habe zwei business doppelzimmer gebucht. Der Preis war höher als auf der Homepage (auf meine Anfrage wurde ich auf Messepreis hingewiesen). Gute Freunde buchten etwas später und bekamen den regulären Preis. Ich habe Verständnis, aber möchte dem Hotel empfehlen, die variable Preispolitik bezüglich Messen populär bei der Preisliste zu plazieren.

Beim Empfang, beim Frühstück... immer sind freundliche Gesichter zu sehen und ein nettes Wort wurde gewechselt. Daumen hoch dafür ;o) Auf den jeweiligen Hoteletagen stehen gefüllte Obstschalen für den Hunger zwischendurch - richtig klasse!

Большой, светлый номер. Есть тапочки, халаты, масса полезных мелочей. Удобно для автопутешественников, есть большая бесплатная парковка. Приличный завтрак. Не очень близко к центру, но заезд с автострады из города удобный. Не плотно закрывалась дверца душевой кабины, хотя сама кабина очень удобная!

Die Gehörschutzpfropfen, damit man den Lärm aushalten konnte, sowie das Frühstück Das schlechteste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, das ich je erlebt habe. Ein Zimmer, ohne Klimaanlage, bei 23 Grad Aussentemperatur, die Fenster mussten geschlossen werden, weil der Verkehrslärm die ganze Nacht alles übertönte

1a Lage bezogen auf den nahen Flughafen. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal sowie eine gute Küche. Die starke Beeinträchtigung durch Lärm in der Nacht, die nicht durch den Fluglärm so stark ist, sondern viel mehr durch den unmittelbaren Straßenverkehrslärm. Nur mit geschlossenem Fenster ist Schlafen möglich.

Nichts besonderes, ausser das Essen Unsere Leute wunderten sich woher die 4 Sterne kommen. Das Hotel ist aus den 70-er Jahren, etwas verkommen und auch die Sanitären Anlagen funktionierten dürfig: kein Wasser-Druck....
