friendly staff and breakfast OK At the price level ridiculous not to have free wifi in rooms. Small room for price. Small balcony without a view. Loud fan in bathroom. Uneven water temp in shower. Original water bottle not replaced by new when finished. Pool closed when it was supposed to be open (sign saying due to spa treatment of someone. Staff would return an hour later). Absolutely overpriced considering room size.

Pool, Wellness waren sehr schön. Die Persönliche Note im Hotel, die Einrichtung. Nahe der Skipiste. Wir waren vollumfänglich zufrieden. Sicherlich ein bisschen Schade das keine Halbpension bezogen werden kann. Aber dies liegt auch an der Grösse des Hotels.

Dieses Hotel ist eher ein 5 Stern als 4 Stern. Alles war supper und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen! Danke.

Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter eher 5 Sterne Niveau ohne abgehoben zu sein. Sehr gastfreundlich und flexibles Eingehen auf spezielle Gästebedürfnisse Excellentes Frühstück Mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet
