The Hôtel Bella Tola & St-Luc was built at the end of the 19th century in the Val d'Anniviers valley. It offers panoramic views, an indoor pool, free Wi-Fi and free parking. All rooms and salons in the Hôtel Bella Tola & St-Luc still feature the original décor including historic paintings. Among other amenities, rooms are equipped with a tea and coffee maker, bathrobes and slippers. Spa facilities include a sauna, a steam bath and massage rooms.There is also a great yard facing the 13,125 ft Alpine peaks. Fine Swiss and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the restaurant or on the terrace. In winter St-Luc-Chandolin offers 47 miles of ski slopes, 14 lifts and a free shuttle bus to the cable car. The property is beautiful. The historic rooms were luxurious and comfortable; in contrast, the spa was impressively modern. The staff at the Bella Tola was disappointing. They were generally cold and unwelcoming. I'm an American who lived in Switzerland for 5 years and, even with that experience, I could not recommend the Bella Tola because of the staff and their attitude. We shortened our stay as a result.
