Proximity (5-10 mins walk) to all major Old Town attractions, shopping and transport as well as charming attempt at the true Belle Epoque style felt throughout the hotel and the rooms. Also a bowl of fruit and a welcome hand-written note from the owners was a nice touch. There is a nice and relaxed restaurant on the ground floor/terrace level which is very pleasant for a quiet coffee in the morning or late dinner/drinks in the evening. It is a boutique-style Old Town hotel but it does feel a little "tired" and is edging more towards the 3* rather than 4* hotel. Facilities are very basic, as is a very expensive (CFR 21) buffet breakfast and room cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired for. Room prices are comparable to other 4*-5* hotels in Bern but offer very poor value for money. |

Персонал приветлив и дружелюбен, расположение очень удобное - в самом центре старого города, недалеко от вокзала. Кондиционер в номере отсутствует, что летом создает неудобство. Номера не очень чистые, давно не ремонтированные. В целом отель никак не тянет на четыре звезды. Интернет платный, что создает дополнительный расход не только денег, но и времени. |

Die Einrichtungen sind recht veraltet was auch nen gewissen Charm ausstrahlt.Da ich das Zimmer für ein Fotoshooting gebucht hatte war es ideal. |

Die Lage in der Berner Altstadt ist perfekt; die zum Teil antiken Möbelstücke verleihen dem Hotel einen bestimmten Charme. Die technischen Einrichtungen sind etwas veraltet; das Zimmer könnte einen "Neuanstrich" vertragen. |

Prachtig smaakvol ingerichte kamer. Smoorhete kamer! Dus raam open? nee- de hele nacht grote herrie op straat. De fan op de kamer maakte ook enorm veel lawaai. Dus de essentie van de overnachting; slapen, daar kwam weinig van. Ook kinderachtig dat je voor alle amenities moet betalen behalve je zeepje. Nog nooit gezien. |

L'hôtel est bien situé. Très belle déco. La chambre était assez grande. Nous avons apprécié le séjour. Petit déjeuner un peu cher. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, nous avons dormi fenêtres fermées. Pas vu de clim. |
