The room and location. Couple of staff working during the breakfast time were totally indifferent and did not replenish food items in-spite of request. |

Good location, not too far nor closer to station or main street. Convenient to access several hiking roads. It is recommendable for the male receptionist to show more cheerful behavior. ( Felt big difference, of from lady receptionist's fine hospitality) |

The size of the rooms. Breakfast area with the large open doors and the chairs outside to relax on. It would have been good if the sauna spa room was accessible more not just between 4pm and 7pm |

The room desing was beautiful, comfortable and inviting (We had a mini suite). You enjoy just spending time in the room! Also, the staff were so kind, friendly and hospitable (Especially the owner, Mario, and also Nicole). The breakfast was very good. All around it was a wonderful experiment. We loved it. I would not go anywhere else if I go back to Zermatt. |

Helpful staff excellent view of the Matterhorn close to all amenities. Good choice for breakfast. Busy bar on the corner with people about until 2am. |

Very comfortable room, very helpful staff, excellent breakfasts, good location in the town. The wellness centre was very pleasant and a definite bonus (and bathrobes and slippers were provided in our room). |

the staff was outstanding. They were accommodating in every way, which greatly increased the enjoyment of our brief stay! Very small for the price, but that is how the entire town is. |

The hotel was definitely value for money considering the location, and the place was very well maintained. We could see the Matterhorn from the room. We really enjoyed the wellness centre. |

Friendly and efficient staff, fabric of hotel well maintained and finished to a high standard. Good breakfast and excellent half board arrangement with the Avena restaurant next door which provided memorable evening meals. |

Everything. Perfect view of Matterhorn from balcony - free internet, safe, wall TV, terrific breakfast, best location in Zermatt. I have been staying at this hotel for 30 years, and it just gets better and better. |

Hotel central rive droite, bien renové tant au niveau des chambres, pour certaines spacieuses, que du rdc limineux grace à sa véranda donnant sur un petit jardin ; accès libre au Spa, sauna, hammam. La présence malheureuse d'un bar au coin de la rue ouvert jusqu'à 1 h du matin et beaucoup trop bruyant, pour peu que l'on veuille laisser la fenêtre de la chambre ouverte. |

非常にモダンなホテルで、細部に渡って凝っているという感じでした。レセプションは交代で常に一人常駐して- いますが、特にチェックイン、チェックアウトも混んでいることはなく、そのレセプショニストも笑顔もあり、- 素晴らしい対応でした。 5階の2部屋に2泊しましたが、その1部屋のバスタブでシャワーを浴びる際、シャワーカーテン等が装備され- ていなかった為、床に水がこぼれないないように気を使う必要がありました。 |

部屋はモダンなインテリアで、決して広くないですが、とてもきれいでした。朝食を食べる場所がお庭も見えて- 素敵でした。近くにレストランも多く、ロケーションもよかったです。 朝食に卵や野菜があるとよかったです（ヨーロッパではないことのほうが多いので仕方ないのですが）。駅から- 徒歩10分弱なので、送迎があるとよいと思いました。 |

Tout était parfait On nous à pas averti que la chambre avec vue sur le cervin qu'on avait réservé n'était pas disponible.Ceci parce que l'hôtel n'avait pas accès à notre demande ainsi qu'a notre numéro de téléphone, fait à travers le formulaire booking.com |

Très bon accueil ,hotel trés agréable la chambre est parfaite avec une vue magnifique sur Le Cervin. Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié et le restaurant jouxtant l'hotel très bon.Le patron de cet hotel est serviable. Notre séjour a été parfait . |

Hotelmitarbeiterin war sehr nett und kulant, weil ich ganz kurzfristig eine Nacht absagen mußte und das ohne Stornokosten. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet und ein gut ausgestattetes, helles und geräumiges Zimmer. Ruhig gelegen. Schöne Wellnes-Anlage. Besser geht es nicht mehr! |

行きはタクシーを利用したが、帰りは駅まで歩いた。マッターホルンが見えるダブルに宿泊。室内・浴室とも清- 潔。バスタブはなかったが、シャワーの湯量は十分。子供用のバスローブ・スリッパも用意されていてよかった- 。湯沸しポットはなかったが、いつでもラウンジでお湯をもらえた。 子どもには安全だと思うが、エクストラベッドはマットレス＋枕＋掛け布団。スパの利用時間は20時までと掲- 示されているが、フロントではもっと遅くまで使えると言われた。 |
