The hotel was definitely value for money considering the location, and the place was very well maintained. We could see the Matterhorn from the room. We really enjoyed the wellness centre. |

the hotel was well located close to the shops and the railway station.The staff were all friendly and helpfull. Our rooms had a wonderfull view of the Matterhorn.An excellent hotel highly recomended |

Friendly and efficient staff, fabric of hotel well maintained and finished to a high standard. Good breakfast and excellent half board arrangement with the Avena restaurant next door which provided memorable evening meals. |

Everything. Perfect view of Matterhorn from balcony - free internet, safe, wall TV, terrific breakfast, best location in Zermatt. I have been staying at this hotel for 30 years, and it just gets better and better. |

Very good hotel we couldnt believe it is just a 3 star. Our stay here was very good, rooms very nice, clean and modern, breakfast was good, we would definatly come back to this hotel. It is very nicely based not on the main village street just down from the church! |

Das Hotel wirkt sehr neu und frisch. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Zimmer war etwas klein, doch trotzdem gut ausgestattet. |

Très belle chambre, grande salle de bain, superbe vue sur les montagnes et un bon déjeuner..... Malgré le fait qu'il est interdit de rouler dans cette ville, il y a énormément de pollution... dommage.. sinon... rien d'autre à signaler |

Sauberkeit , Sauna-Wellnesbereich, ruhiges Hotel Der Gast mit nur Frühstück konnte zwar Abends essen , wurde jedoch unter Zeitdruck gesetzt um den Platz für hp Gäste frei zu machen. Das Serv.personal wirkte oft sehr hecktisch. |

Hotellets läge är mycket bra. Man bör dock ha rum på vån 2 och uppåt. Relax, spa avdelningen är av yttersta kvalite och design. Mycket hjälpsam personal och bra mat på restaurangen i anslutning. Very Nice ! Kan vara lite ljud från afterski stället "Snö Wittchen" men vi stördes ej av det. |

Très bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant, mini-bar garni, petit déjeuner copieux. Je vous recommande cet hôtel L'hôtel indique jaccuzi sauna et hamman...malheureusement le jaccuzi ne marchait pas, l'eau était froide et la direction ne nous l'a pas indiqué: décevant car nous avions choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ça... |
