Very good hotel we couldnt believe it is just a 3 star. Our stay here was very good, rooms very nice, clean and modern, breakfast was good, we would definatly come back to this hotel. It is very nicely based not on the main village street just down from the church! |

Très bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant, mini-bar garni, petit déjeuner copieux. Je vous recommande cet hôtel L'hôtel indique jaccuzi sauna et hamman...malheureusement le jaccuzi ne marchait pas, l'eau était froide et la direction ne nous l'a pas indiqué: décevant car nous avions choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ça... |

240.-- frs pour une chambre double au rez-de-chaussé avec passage de personnes devant nos fenêtres.....c'est du vol. Heureusement, très gentillement, une autre chambre (suite junior) nous a été proposée dès le lendemain pour le même prix. |

Det var min første booking. Jeg vidste fra en god ven, at det var hotel Bellerive / Zermatt som jeg skulle bo på, og det var mit booking kriterie, og det lykkedes at få værelse den ønskede nat. Alt var perfekt. Man er som en lille familie, især med en anbefaling fra andre der har boet der tidligere (endda mange gange) |

Freundliche Empfangshalle mit gutem Ambiente. Nettes, freundliches Personal in allen Chargen. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der nächtliche Krach vom "Schneewittchen" konnte uns nicht begeistern. Leider wirkt sich dies nachteilig auf Ihr Hotel aus. |

ホテル独自のポーターサービスがなかったので、トランクとともに駅から１５分の距離は大変でしたが、部屋も広く、アメニティ・グッズは４つ星並に充実していたので、快適に過ごすことができました。受付の女性の英語が早すぎて、聞き取りにくいことがありました。 |
