We had a wonderful lakeside view. The staff was most charming and eating a wonderful meal outside by the lake made the evening most enjoyable.

It has the most beautiful views of the mountains across the Lake. The terrace restaurant serves excellent food right on the Lake. There is easy bathing access into the lake (very cold!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little on the small side, and the noise from the road behind the hotel was not great on the first night. But we nevertheless really enjoyed our stay in a place with a lot of old world charm.

Our room had a balcony and overlooked the lake. A fantastic view. No far from Thun so we left the car and took bus into town. Hotel gave us free bus passes valid during our stay. Everything we needed for a comfotable overnight stay.

Very nice location. Very nice hotel.We had our own balcony that you could smoke on if you wanted to. Breakfast was good. Shopping would have been fun especially in Interlachen if we had come on any day other than Sunday. We planned a two day stay because of Interlachen but had no idea that all of Switzerland closes on Sunday.... Parking was available right next to the hotel and convenient right off the main street. Of course we came at off season Saturday night and a Sunday night. No refrigerator or microwave. They charge for the internet access. Wi-Fi was available but you had to pay exorbitant prices for it. When many other places allow it for free.

We had a room facing the lake and this was great.The hotel staff werte friendly. The food was not great. Need to change the menu please, for the lunch and dinner.

Position on the lake was good- right on the lake with no road between the hotel and the lake. View from the hotel room over the lake was lovely. The hotel has a neglected air with a soulless ambience. This once- beautiful, epochal hotel has been partly and cheaply "renovated" in a "modern" style, favouring black....... What a pity. The restaurant is "hotel" standard - mediocre. The restaurant staff appeared unprofessional, were very unmotivated and uninterested.

The view onto the lake Thun was amazing, restuarant had good food, the beds were comfortable. Rooms were very small for the price, and in need of a refurbishment, with very dated bathrooms, small balcony if you stayed on the side rooms, you can hear the noisey busy road, the room had no air-con, so if you had the window open it was noisey from the road.

De locatie aan de Thuner-see was werkelijk fantastisch. Ruime mooie en moderne kamer, badkamer in verhouding wat klein en ouderwets maar wel compleet, maar verder een mooi hotel op een toplocatie.

Ottima la posizione fronte lago, ottime le camere molto spaziose. Staff gentilissimo, colazione buona. Posizione per visitare Thun fantastica, a due minuti dalla cittadina che merita di essere visitata. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Tyylikäs, upea sijanti ja ainakin neljännen kerroksen kulmahuoneesta maisema silmiä hivelevä. Hyvät sängyt, tilava huone. Parkkitila ok ja aamupalakin kohtuullisen hyvä. Ansaitsisi 4 tähteä. Good value for money, earned more than ***-stars. Wonderful scenery!

Die Kombination aus erhaltenem, renovierten Einrichtungen in Kombination mit heutigem Standard Trotz Ankündigung, dass ab 7 Uhr gefrühstückt werden kann, war es nicht möglich, ein Frühstück einzunehmen, da nichts vorbereitet und aufgebaut war. Erst um ca. 7.20 kamen die ersten Backwaren ans Buffet. Als Business User ist das zu spät.

Der Biergarten direkt am See und der Bootsteg mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer gross und hell. Frühstück, es fehlten Eier, Vorderseite liegt direkt an einer Hauptstrasse, Zimmer nach vorne heraus sind sehr laut.
