Hotel Bellevue Iseltwald

The hotel is set on beautiful lake with wonderful hiking path. It is out of town about quarter of a mile and there is a great view of the village from the hotel.

The hotel is very remote from the train line. If you are travel by train, then it is necessary to catch a local bus. The Swiss transportation system is wonderful so it is possible to reach the hotel, it just takes effort. I would not recommend staying here unless you are driving. Also, the restaurant menu was expensive, but found what we wanted next door at a reasonable price. The Village of Iseltwald is experiencing a construction project so is not as charming as it may have been previously.

the view it overlooks is the most beatiful painting i have ever seen. it is very relaxing and i wished i never end my stay.

The hotel is beautifully located by the lake, just outside the very quiet village. For visitors with car the location is very convenient as all the attractions and larger cities in the area can be reached easily. The staff was very friendly and service minded. The dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was certainly worth paying for. It was the culinary highlight of our round trip the Alps. The breakfast was of more normal standard, with no hot food available. Internet was available free of charge in the reception area.

The rooms and the rest of the hotel seemed to have been unchanged since the 70’s. However, everything was in good working condition and well cleaned. The location would probably make it a bit difficult for people with no car available, though you get to use the bus to Interlaken for free.

Proper family run Gasthaus. Seemed genuinely friendly. Food very good (though a bit salty). Views good.

Sound proofing of rooms needs to be better.

Looking for a good accomodation in order to visit Ballenberg museum and the nice city of Interlaken and we have choosen Bellevue hotel in Iseltwald. Really appreciable the staff kindness and the good ratio Price/Quality. We have been given a room with a broad terrace just in front of the lake landscape. The breakfast was really pleintful with a very rich bouffet.

Beautiful surroundings, close to Jungfrau, excellent price, friendly staff

The hotel had a very "homey" feel to it... It was small but provided pretty much everything needed to have a good vacation. The hotel provided discounts on local venues and stores. The restaurant, while over priced and somewhat limited selection had great tasting food, great food presentation, and a great view.

There was no internet access. The walls carry sounds easily, you can clearly hear what is going on in the room above and next to you...

The room was well contained and pleasant. The amenities and facilities were very good. The hotel staff was gracious to offer us a roon with the lake view, which was great. Even the breakfast spread was awesome. Over all the hotel provided us with a great experience and we shall highly recommend the hotel to others.

A comodidade dos quartos é apenas razoável. De dentro do quarto ouve-se o que se fala no quarto vizinho.

Las vistas al lago y las montañas. Las habitaciones con terraza dando al lago. La ubicación en un pueblo pequeño entre los dos lagos, cerca de todo para moverte en coche.
