I love the view of swiss alps and river through my hotel room window, it is even better than what I expected.Staffs are very nice.Very good location. No facilities...like swimming pool, gym....business centre is too basic.Their spa centre will be open 2 weeks after my stay.For the facilities of the hotel, I think the rate is too high although it was the peak season ( September ) when i was there. |

The service was very good and the staff were very helpful and kind. The room furniture was old and some of them were damaged. |

mila atmosfera Samochód został zabrany przez obsługę hotelu do garażu. Ktoś z obsługi zepsuł wysuwaną półkę na butelkę lub kubek usytuowaną przy kierownicy. Zauważyłm to dopiero w drodze powrotnej do Polski i nie zdążyłem już interweniować w hotelu. Muszę to naprawić w serwisie w Polsce. |

Tout excellent. Priviliéger les chambres luxe moyennant un léger upgrade, qui offrent une vue spectuculaire. Le piano bar le soir en été est juste fantastique. Rien à dire si ce n'est un petit déjeuner très cher (chf36) |

la vue de la terrasse est vraiment magnifiqueL l'hotel est très beau dans le genre vieux luxe un peu guindé la chambre deluxe avec balcon dans le formulaire n'avait pas de balcon. le pesronnel était poli sans plus |

Le service était très bien. A la réception il y avait des bouteilles d'eau remplies de glaçons avec soit de la menthe fraîche, soit des citrons, c'était délicieux, un petit plus pour patienter...L'hôtel en lui-même était magnifique avec une jolie vue, et nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre très grande et belle...Un beau souvenir! |
