Everything was first class. Staff were brilliant.

Amazing Place, Incredible service, Excellent Staff..... I strongly recommend this Hotel to anyone that is looking for a great city vacation.

Could make more use of the view. Not having coffee facilities in the room is a bit cheap, given the price.

My friend and I stayed for 3 days (26 yr old australian males), we wanted to treat ourselves to a few days of luxury, though because we were not suit wearing businessmen, we always felt as if the staff did not want us there and looked down on us. We tried to enter the hotel one evening to be shooed away and told the bar was closed, as the receptionist just assumed we did not stay there, this was like a slap in the face.

I have been staying at the Bellevue for many years. The mountain view is a thrill and the friendly, helpful, caring staff a joy. My only complaint is the placement of the tv in the room, too low and therefore impossible to view from the bed, especially with the suitcase rack at the end of the bed. There should be a rack against the wall and the tv mounted on the wall.

Das Personal scheint untereinander überhaupt nicht zu harmonieren! Sehr unangenehm wenn man dies in solch einem Hotel mehrfach und lautstark mitbekommt... Absolutes nogo!

Em todos os anos que viajo com a minha esposa, nunca vi um serviço tão bom. Este hotel e seu pessoal superam todas as expectativas.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen! In Bern nur Bellevue. Alles andere kann der Reisende bei den Angaben des Hotels selber nachlesen. Auch und vor allem das Frühstück ist seinen Preis wert. Von uns ein dickes "Empfehlenswert"!

отличный отель с видом на цюрихское озеро. дорого и сердито. только для подготовленных путешественников, готовых платить дорого за качество lux.

персонал (от ресепшн до носящих чемоданы) предельно вежливы, радушны и общительны. атмосфера отеля класса "люкс". месторасположения вблизи от ключевых достопримечательностей города и вокзала. чопорно- благодушная атмосфера завтрака "в высшем обществе" (есть смысл подобающе одеться). хороший вид из окон в хорошую погоду.

узая кровать и крайне узкое одеяло. в ванной был встречен паук.

-Le journal qui m'a été proposé pour le lendemain matin, n'a pas été livré -Le matin de 9h à 12h, le téléphone a sonné 5 fois durant une seconde. Fait pas très plaisant, surtout durant une grasse matinée. La réception n'a pas pu expliqué cet incident.
