Amazing Place, Incredible service, Excellent Staff..... I strongly recommend this Hotel to anyone that is looking for a great city vacation.

Very friendly service, great food, good position and good facilities.

Could make more use of the view. Not having coffee facilities in the room is a bit cheap, given the price.

My friend and I stayed for 3 days (26 yr old australian males), we wanted to treat ourselves to a few days of luxury, though because we were not suit wearing businessmen, we always felt as if the staff did not want us there and looked down on us. We tried to enter the hotel one evening to be shooed away and told the bar was closed, as the receptionist just assumed we did not stay there, this was like a slap in the face.

I have been staying at the Bellevue for many years. The mountain view is a thrill and the friendly, helpful, caring staff a joy. My only complaint is the placement of the tv in the room, too low and therefore impossible to view from the bed, especially with the suitcase rack at the end of the bed. There should be a rack against the wall and the tv mounted on the wall.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful interior and room decoration. Super confortable bed. And our personal favourite, an amazing huge bathroom with heated floor and a great shower system.

I wish the breakfast was included in the room price, or was at least a bit less expensive - almost chf 40 per person is quite a bit for a standard continental breakfast...

It entirely lived up to our expectations. A first class hotel in a wonderful situation. The room was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms we have come across. All the staff were excellent, from our initial very friendly welcome by the receptionist, through to the restaurant staff and even our glimpse of the kitchen staff through the i-pad at our table. The food was superb. Many thanks to you all - we would come again.

-Le journal qui m'a été proposé pour le lendemain matin, n'a pas été livré -Le matin de 9h à 12h, le téléphone a sonné 5 fois durant une seconde. Fait pas très plaisant, surtout durant une grasse matinée. La réception n'a pas pu expliqué cet incident.

Všechno, ale především excelentní staff na concierge a recepci. Dále nádherný výhlwed z pokoje na řeku, byť tentokrát byl trochu z boku a nesmím zapomenout na úžasnou terasu.
