All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

It was inexpensive compared to the other hotels in Engelberg and it was right across the street from the train station. The hotel has not been maintained very well. The room smelled because the carpet and draperies were dirty and old. The furnishings were old and beat up. The hotel needs to be renovated. |

Front desk heklpful and friendly; nice simple clean rooms Cashier had wrong buffet sign out (foreign language and we could recognise nothing on menu) and noticed mistake after we were served. She just flipped the sign and expected us to pay a price we never would have paid for the buffet. She didn't get it. |

The staff were extremely friendly and although the overall hotel is a little 'worn' it was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. For what we required (sleeping space for hiking in the mountains) it was perfect - no frills but no fuss either. |

L'accueil a été très sympathique et l'hôtel est bien situé en centre ville. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Le prix de la chambre est peu cher pour le pays. Le confort dans la chambre est minimum (matelas très mou, robinetterie ancienne). Nous avions demandé une chambre non fumeur or il y avait une odeur importante de cigarette. |

Leginkább az ár volt a meghatározó ok, mivel a legtöbb szállás épp a duplája volt az adott árnak, különösebben nem volt semmi dolog ami annyira megtetszett volna a szállásban, ha lett volna lehetőségem inkább drágább és igényesebben berendezett szállást választottam volna. Mivel zuhanyzó nélküli szobát választottam, ezért a folyosóra nyílt a "közösségi " zuhanyzó ami nem is lett volna baj, viszont mellette volt egy helység, ahol mosógépet üzemeltettek, és a sok fiatal azt a helységet használta dumaparti gyanánt, így állandóan beléjük botlottam, továbbá még éjszaka, mikor más aludni szeretne még akkor is dumáltak, és jártak a mosógépek, ami kissé zavaró volt. Továbbá nem tudom elfogadni, hogy egy valamit magára adó hely csupán egyféle fölvágottat tegyen az asztalra, illetve ne szervírozzon fel tojást a reggelihez, úgy gondolom, ennél sokkal kevésbé nívós helyen is megkapom ezt a választékot, akkor egy ilyen szállodában ez igazán elvárható. |
