The location is near to Interlaken West station and to the town and shopping area. The view is okay. The parking is nice and only cost 10 francks per day. The staff are very helpful.

The bed is not confortable at all. I also had requested double bed and single one since my room is a triple room and they connected to singls to gather to make it a double bed which was soooo unconfortable.

The window viewing is quite well.

The room filled with painting smell, told the staffs, but they didn't give satisfacted solution.

When i started to find a hotel in Interlaken to spent the new years eve with my wife i had in my mind to book a luxury hotel. I thought that this hotel was in this category but unfortunately no .The hotel is an old building,the room was very tiny, the facilties poor and i dont think that the category of four stars is right.We paid a lot of money and i expected something more

A nice boutique hotel by the river. The staff told us that every room faces the river. Understand that they renovated the hotel last winter from a nearby restaurant, which included a new lift. The beds did look new too.

Nothing really except the extra bed for my nephew (16 years) barely fits. But then again he is bigger sizer even than many adults.

The Location somehow & the Parking was cheap price.

Everything in the hotel is very old & not at all worth the price.

Great location, Great view, Great beds, very friendly staff for everyone! I stayed here for my honeymoon. They gave us pretty honeymoon room but my husband's back hurts so able to sleep on double bed. I asked the staff if it is possible to change to two beds. They said YES gladly. I was so thanksful!!!! Thank you so much for their favor. I love this hotel!

excellent location within walking distance w suitcase from train station, about 10 minutes can take a short taxi ride also. For a family of 4, apt on top floor was perfect, you can sleep 6 in bedrooms- we travel extensively,this was the best apt in a hotel by far. Has living room with sofas, large veranda with view of river and mts, fully equipped kitchen but you need to clean it, washer dryr 2 bedrooms & baths. It is very clean, can walk around to small town on all sides, most beautiful postcard like views all around. If you can get this apt. you will have very comfortable stay. Restaurant is only for bkfst included with price and it is okay. There are all kinds of ethnic places to eat very close by.

The cleaning is only done before noon. If you happen to stay in your room in the morning, the crew must go home after noon and your room won't get made but you can ask for more towels.

Big room, but small bathroom. Very good breakfast and Internet. The name describes the view.

Room is comfortable, bathroom is clean and big. Internet access is good. Location is ok as interlaken is a small town.

The breakfast was excellent. A lot of tasty fruits. The location is near shopping area and the train station.Very good.

However, it's a pity the building is too old and made people make a lot of noises when walking and talking. Also the train track is just next door. I heard people talk from the next room and train passing by all the time!

Refurbished old style hotel with large rooms,however if you are a light sleeper you may have an issue with the old timber floors as they do make some noise.Good breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

Excellent view from our balcony. Our room was nice and large. The staff was excellent.
