スタッフの方が親切でユングフラウへの乗り継ぎやMAPを詳しく説明していただきました。川の目の前のロケーションも素敵で、外観も可愛らしいです。価格も妥当ですし、観光目的で滞在するのにビジネスホテルよりもおススメです。朝食のお部屋も広くて天井が高く、パンにチーズにハムにフルーツに紅茶の種類も豊富で、満足でした。

ほとんど申し分のない快適さなのですが。。。☆を下げたのは、隣室との壁が薄いことです。あと電車の音も聞こえます。それほど頻繁に走っているわけではないので、許容範囲だと思います。

view of the lake apart from that this is old hotel far from station but friendly staff they are good

Concierge was willing to check me out very early because of a situation that required it. Internet worked excellently from my room on the third floor.

Breakfast is good. The staff is helpful. The toilet is relatively big and bright enough!

The furniture is too old, the room is too small and the river view is not attractive.

Its was getting to the end of a long trip in a lot of small cramped rooms the chalet on the water with room to put your feet up was a relief almost felt at home.

No eberything was great and the staff where most helpful...

I liked the continental breakfast, coffee was awesome, close proximity to the Interlaken West railway station (7 minute walk from the hotel), ride alone the Aare river/canal, View of the alps from its balcony, close proximity to the main street in Interlaken which id the Hoheweg, close to several Indian restaurants (expensive though), right next an Indian grocery store.

Creeching noise when you walk because the floor was wooden. But, it was not a big deal. Elevator is super small but I won't complain too much about it.
