Breakfast is good. The staff is helpful. The toilet is relatively big and bright enough! The furniture is too old, the room is too small and the river view is not attractive. |

...The car parking is Very Good.... It's not infront of the Hotel ...But it's sooooo near ....only 20 foot steps .... The staff is friendly... The breakfast is warm and nice.... And the best thing ......is the wounderful view of the Water George....just make sure you have the right view. The hotel is Very good .... the only problem is querking sound of the floor for the steps.... |

Its was getting to the end of a long trip in a lot of small cramped rooms the chalet on the water with room to put your feet up was a relief almost felt at home. No eberything was great and the staff where most helpful... |

I liked the continental breakfast, coffee was awesome, close proximity to the Interlaken West railway station (7 minute walk from the hotel), ride alone the Aare river/canal, View of the alps from its balcony, close proximity to the main street in Interlaken which id the Hoheweg, close to several Indian restaurants (expensive though), right next an Indian grocery store. Creeching noise when you walk because the floor was wooden. But, it was not a big deal. Elevator is super small but I won't complain too much about it. |

Closeness to the center of town and access to both railroad stations by walking.Breakfast included in room price and the way the staff maintained the availability and quality of food during the breakfast period. The staff was always obliging and helpful. |

Hotel staff are helpful and nice The bathroom is large enough to hold a dancing party, compared with the small room size. Watching TV is like sitting at the front stall of a cinema----neck flexed. I prefer the TV be on the cupboard top where the hotel info, magazines were placed. The chair should be smaller so that it is easier to be moved around. |
