В случае аннуляции или изменения позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 75 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении одного ребёнка младше 6 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается CHF 15,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей в возрасте от 3 до 16 лет на дополнительных кроватях взимается CHF 40,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается CHF 60,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные

We enjoyed our stay at Bellevue very much. The staff were courteous and very helpful with any of our requests. Breakfast was lovely with good choice. Located perfectly near the train station and was easy to find and good value for money. I would recomend it to a friend |

Staff were very friendly even though the hotel was almost empty. Nice view. What was renovated (bathrooms) was well done Room decoration is cold. Cancellation charges. |

We stayed in Giotto room for two nights. Giotto room was great. It has two rooms, two bathrooms and a dinner table and garden in the terrace. We had italian dinner and drank wine in the terrace garden in my room. Hotel location is 15 minutes away from the city center, and 10 minutes away from train staion. Breakfast buffet is not impressive. |

Exellent free wireless access. Location close to city centre and railway station. Good buffet breakfast. Quiet room with views overlooking the Aare river. No refrigerator in room. No tea making facilities. Small room. Shower in bathroom was difficult to use with confined space and no handrail. |

The room was very clean. Chose Hotel Bellevue because it was ranked 3rd. I was disappointed because the hotel is really basic for the price that I paid, at CFH 275 per night. I was given room 214 which faces the garden and could see the river. Behind the garden is a railway track. The noise by the passing trains only stops between midnight and 6am the following day. The noise took me by surprise as it was not mentioned in any past reviews. |

Balcony opening up to stream/river. Beautiful breakfast area with good selection. Very helpful staff. No a/C. A triple room was just a double room with an extra cot that did not leave too much open space. |

Hotel was as described and we had a balcony and looked out over the river to the mountains. Staff were pleasant while the breakfast was only fair. It is in a central location. Floor was the original wooden floor and ear plugs are provided for guests in case this gets too much. Thank goodness we were on the top floor!! I alos thought that the cost of staying at the hotel was overpriced. |

The hotel was extremely clean, has a nice balcony and a very comfortable shower. The hotel staff was very helpful in giving recommendations and maps. The hotel also provides all customers with a bus pass for the city and this pass gave us lots of discounts in various tourist actvities in and around Interlaken. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good, with a large variety of fresh foods. The check in desk was not 24 hours. So if you need to arrive after 10 pm, you cannot check in. If you need to leave before 7:30 in the morning, make sure you check out the previous night before 10 pm. |

I liked the view from my room to the Jungfrau mountain. I also generally liked liked reception staff and one of the ladies in the breakfast room - they were nice and polite. I did not like the almost absence of basic staff in the bathroom - they provided with only the smallest bottle of some shower gel and did not even put another for a few days. Also it is really noisy. I understand that the hotel is old and the scweaky floor had been preserved. I even like it. But the basic soudproofing the rooms againt passing trains and crying children would be nice. |

Breakfast much better than normal, comfortable and clean rooms with balcony and fantastic view over the river to the mountains. Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful, which made it a real pleasure to stay there. |

First of all, the staff of Hotel Bellevue was very friendly.He helped me a lot for the information of Interlaken and even allowed the late check-out with no fee for my schedule. Also the location is great that you could find the open market just in the balcony of your room if it is riverside. |

the hotel was an old one. The flooring was wooden but noisy to walk on it creating fear among inmates especially at nights. It is not the same as projected on the website. |
