In only a few minutes by cable car, own stop of the cable car at the hotel, or by foot, it is possible to arrive in the city centre at the Piazza Grande, the lake or the railway station. The Hotel Belvedere is also the ideal starting point for many excursions in the Cardada area at 1670m above sea level.

A cuisine comprised of carefully selected ingredients with combinations chosen in respect of the local traditions or to create new and innovative dishes.
The Chef and his team will delight you in the friendly L'Affresco and La Veranda restaurants with their dishes and buffets of international cuisine. For a Mediterranean tone, try the gastronomic pleasures in the La Locanda restaurant with its garden terrace.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30, lunch from 11:30 to 14:00 and dinner from 06:30 to 21:30. Snacks are available from 11:00 to 23:00.

From Basel: Highway A2/E35 towards Luzern - Gothard - Milano
From Chur: Highway A13/E43 towards San Bernardino - Bellinzona - Milano
From Milano: Junction A9/E35 towards Como - Chiasso, beyond the frontier with Switzerland continue on highway A2/E35.
Exit at Bellinzona Sud take main road direction Locarno/Ascona. After the tunnel follow signs to Locarno up to the
roundabout. At the roundabout follow "H" (Hospital) at the 5th exit. At the traffic light continue straight and after the stop sign turn right towards Orselina. After 500m the Hotel Belvedere will be on your right.
