location, staff was helpful should try or attempt to email guest of any large events on day of arrival, showed up and wasn't sure where to park due to a wedding reception, it worked out at the end but fustrating, |

the hotel is in a quiet location about 10 mins by train from the main train station in Zurich. We had a room with a magnificent view of Lake Zurich. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of foods and the dinner we had in the hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean and spacious. |

Restaurant staff were courteous. The view was lovely and size of room good. Breakfast was excellent. The room was hot. For the money and hotel 4 star rating, one would expect air conditioning! It was also rather worn and tatty. I expected better. We waited about 40 minutes for our restaurant meal which was ridiculously expensive, though the lovely view helped make the wait bearable and the food was good.... |

Hotel provides a beautiful view of Lake (from rooms & dining area) and is only a 10 minute train ride to the city. All the staff were extremely helpful with directions, questions & requests. Breakfast buffet selection was very fresh (Breads, cheeses, lox, cereal, jogurt, fruit). Room was very clean & nice shower. Truly enjoyed our stay there! I did not mind but should note that Hotel is located at top of hill from train stop - there is a bus (#165) you can take from train stop to Hotel. We always made the 10 minute walk up/down but some could find that challenging. |

The view and peace and quiet The bar was shut the whole time we were there, and the location was not very good, the town it was situation was too quiet and it was a bus ride to Zurich. The restaurant was good but very expensive. |
