Belvoir Swiss Quality Hotel  

The hotel had every convenience and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were wonderful. The facilities especially the spa and fitness centre and the dining were exceptional. The location and views are unsurpassed. We will visit again and have already recommended the Hotel Belvoir to many friends.

The room was wonderful - just one small thing would have made it perfect - I needed a powerpoint near the mirror so that I could use my hair straightener. It would have been an advantage if the website had clear instructions regarding getting from the railway station and to the hotel by bus. It`s very easy when you know that all you need to do is walk through the underpass to the other side of the railway station and then take the Number 165 bus from Rushlikon Banhof stop to Rushlikon Belvoir stop - 4 stops up the hill.

Its location - staff all friendly - hotel 5 minutes walk from our daughter who is living in Switzerland

not a complaint but as we hope to visit several times a year would be nice if, as a regular customer, we could be offered a preferable rate.

Nespresso machines in the rooms (but only one pod per type of coffee is in the room so if you're two people you need to forage the conference room areas to find extras...); sauna area is excellent. The view of Lake Zurich is exceptional.

Rooms are a bit small but very well appointed. This hotel, though, caters to business account travelers and is very expensive.

The view from our room into the lake and hill was breathtaking. The hotel is very new and clean, very modern design.

We arrived very late and managed to check in only at 1am. Despite this, the staff called us promptly at 12pm and reminded us the check out time is 12pm. i thought they could leave a note for the late check out under those circumstance.

Bathroom is bit exposed and no privacy.

The hotel was cold, unfriendly...AND Still under contruction! The rooms were way too small and the modern design created an icey effect for both the comfort levels and the staff. The service in the restaurant was slow and aloof. The location appeared to be close to the lake, which was my reason for booking the hotel....however, it was not close to the lake at all. It was way up on a hill with a nice view of the lake....but no access. The only thing close were a few corporate business offices (I.E. ibm, 3m, etc.) So unless you are here for business, there is no reason to come this far and out of the way.

Αν και είναι ένα αρκετά ακριβό ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει τις αντίστοιχες παροχές!Πολύ ακριβό πρωινό!!!!

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Gigantischer Blick von Zimmer und Restaurant auf den Zürichsee und die Berge. Sehr modernes und stylisches Hotel.
