The view from our room

Thought the whole experience was great. The 'setting' was brilliant and it was bliss to lie in bed and look out over the lake. The staff were excellent and spoke english very well. A very well run hotel.

Its location - staff all friendly - hotel 5 minutes walk from our daughter who is living in Switzerland

not a complaint but as we hope to visit several times a year would be nice if, as a regular customer, we could be offered a preferable rate.

It was a very modern room which did not feel very welcoming. Bare concrete walls. More like student accomaodation. Very expensive for parking at an out of town hotel.

The hotel had every convenience and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were wonderful. The facilities especially the spa and fitness centre and the dining were exceptional. The location and views are unsurpassed. We will visit again and have already recommended the Hotel Belvoir to many friends.

The room was wonderful - just one small thing would have made it perfect - I needed a powerpoint near the mirror so that I could use my hair straightener. It would have been an advantage if the website had clear instructions regarding getting from the railway station and to the hotel by bus. It`s very easy when you know that all you need to do is walk through the underpass to the other side of the railway station and then take the Number 165 bus from Rushlikon Banhof stop to Rushlikon Belvoir stop - 4 stops up the hill.

The situation of the hotel , the vieuw from the room

The view from our room into the lake and hill was breathtaking. The hotel is very new and clean, very modern design.

We arrived very late and managed to check in only at 1am. Despite this, the staff called us promptly at 12pm and reminded us the check out time is 12pm. i thought they could leave a note for the late check out under those circumstance.

Der Zimmerservice könnte noch verbessert werden. z. B. war einmal kein neues Set fürs Bad da und auch die Getränke haben nicht ganz gestimmt. z.B. eine angetrunkene Flasche Wasser.

Het hotelpersoneel was uitermate vriendelijk, goed restaurant met prachtig uitzicht, mooie kamers.

Mooie kamer, maar duidelijk bedoeld voor 1 persoon, van alles slechts 1 stuk aanwezig, het dekbed was echt te krap voor 2 personen, dus het zag er naar uit dat wij met 2 personen in een eenpersoonskamer ondergebracht waren, hoewel wij duidelijk een tweepersoons kamer hadden geboekt en dit ook was bevestigd. Hebben het gemeld bij de receptie en die putte zich uit in verontschuldigingen en daar bleef het bij. Verder uitstekend hotel.

Hotel molto moderno, di design, posto in splendida posizione sul lago di Zurigo, con vista mozzafiato sul lago stesso. La nostra scelta è stata dettata dalla vicinanza a casa di nostra figlia che vive a un chilometro dal Belvoir. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di aver avuto un upgrade da una stanza de luxe a una junior suite: bellissima stanza d'angolo, con bagno super attrezzato con vasca, doccia, 2 lavandini: bella e molto comoda!

Il personale non è certo da considerarsi molto affabile, anzi abbastanza freddo. La posizione è veramente splendida dal punto di vista panoramico ma certo è notevolmente distante dal centro, quindi non consigliabile per chi si reca a Zurigo per visitare la città. Anche se I bus funzionano bene e sono puntualissimi, trovandosi a una decina di chilometri dal centro, nelle ore non di punta bisogna aspettare sempre non meno di 20/30 min. Tra una corsa e l'altra, impiegando non meno di 30 min. Per arrivare in centro....un po' troppo!!! Buona posizione per escursioni fuori città
