The hotel staff cannot do enough for the guests. The hotel is so comfortable and the food is great.

No dislikes.

The amazing view of our room! Having breakfest with this great view was a good way to start our 3 days there! Also the pillows were very confortable.

The matress was a little outdated, it wasnt springbox. The heater didnt work well in one night, but in the mourning it was ok. And they dont have food at night (even a la carte), so you have to find anything to eat by yourself after 8pm. But definetely i would stay there again, its an amazing place!

-Wifi was working on the 1st day but on the 2nd day it stopped. On asking for the staff to fix it they said they cant and asked me to come to the lobby for using the internet. - The exchange rate given when paid in Euros

Location of the hotel. Excellent staffs and good quality of breakfast.

I didn't like old style elevator.I felt not safe to be in there:(

having been to this area 26 yrs ago we were still blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the friendliness of the proprietors and the diversity of food and attractions available.

I liked everything,here at the hotel,especially the fantastic views and the sound of the bells chiming from the goats.

We got two single beds instead of a double bed. There is no air condition.

The rooms were spacious enough with a wonderful view. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel is located in a nice small village. Free parking was very impressive.

Excellent location at the end of the village between mountains and valley. Amazing view from the balcony! Rich and various breakfast. 10 min walk from railway station. Enough place for parking. Suitable location to get to many points of interest in Intrlaken region. We stayed for 2 nights and it was so pure!

Sheep ringing bells early in the morning may disrupt your sleeping if you don't close the window :)

the walk from Wilderswil station is close to 15 minutes with 3-4 minutes of steep climb and pulling bag become a big problem. you have to take a cab from Interlaken OST to reach comfortably. hotel does not arrange pick up service at all.

Very friendly staff, the most amazing views in Interlaken. Beds were extremely comfortable and the entire hotel is clean. Continental breakfast was free and tasty. They also give you free bus passes for your entire stay which saves you a decent amount of money. Once again, the views from the room (balcony in the room) were unbeatable

A little far from the heart of the city, but not too far at all. The bus gets you there in 5 minutes and they give you bus passes so its free. Amazing hotel

Kinf staff, beautiful view

Room size and layout were good for a family with two teens, the sofa bed in a separate area enabled us all to get a good night's sleep and a little privacy. The views from the balconies are terrific, straight down Lauterbrunnen valley. The breakfasts offered good variety with bacon & scrambled eggs, all sorts of breads/ croissants, cereals as well as the usual hams and cheeses. The hotel offered a good value break in a beautiful area with plenty to do and the helpful staff also advised us to get a junior fixed price travel tickets which will still be valid for our return trips! Switzerland is never going to be a cheap destination but this was pretty good value all things considered. I'd recommend it with no hesitation, as long as you have a car - The uninterrupted views are due to the height of the hotel of course!

The rooms are a little dated and bizarrely decorated with some broken furniture on display in the corridor. The heating was on full when we arrived and although we turned it down and opened windows it took two days to cool off! The coffee machine was a little confusing for the children to operate (& us) but luckily helpful were on hand to demonstrate.

Price, cleanliness and great breakfast. Good view from most rooms. Convenient location.

Long uphill walk from train station for old folks with no car. A shuttle would be a welcomed addition.

Location is really awesome. Good view of the mountains and nice walk through the Wilderswil from the railway station upto the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The food was not nice at all. The service was below average - you felt like you were inconveniencing the staff if you asked for something.

You will not find it easily in this small village. Lobby bar has cats so allergics beware.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Gorgeous views. Quiet. Nearby trails. Super comfortable bed and pillows.

The pull out sofa for teenager was not very comfortable.
