Quiet location, view of mountains, plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet, polite staff Outdated, unattractive furniture in room; shower was in bedroom rather than in bathroom; room had feather beds even though I had specifically requested no feather beds due to allergies; my daughters were put in a room in the hotel's neighboring chalet instead of in main hotel with me. |

The official price of the room was 210SFR per day but using booking.com I got it for 220 SFR per day. |

only view, apart from this my room at top floor which is very hot, and hotel is comparatively very expensive, if we compare with any service or facility provdied by hotel 1. rooms were very hot so not comfortable 2. No room service. £. very expensive |

Friendliness of the staff. the location of the hotel, the views, the cleanliness. It ia a pity the hotel did not have a restaurant for guests not on half board and we arrived late in the evening so it would have been nice to have a restaurant available. However there was another hotel close by where we could get a snack before bedtime. |

The setting couldn't have been more beautiful. The view all around, but especially out our bathroom, took your breath away. They also provided free internet and a nice breakfast. The hotel staff could have been slightly more friendly. They wouldn't let us sit anywhere for breakfast (their breakfast room was amazing, but they were overly restrictive with the tables at the window) and were always suspicious towards us. We needed to regularly state our room number to prove we were guests. They also tried to upcharge us after reserving a room on your site at a certain price |

A magnífica paisagem ao derredor.Excelentes as acomodações do hotel.Boa posição para explorar a região,para quem está motorizado. Todo o staff do hotel é muito atencioso,exceto uma das encarregadas do petit-déjeuner,que foi indelicada ao nos receber. |

Frühstück war Klasse Teppichboden im Zimmer muffelt nach Fußkäs.... was nicht verwundert. Dass überhaupt in einem Zimmer noch Teppichboden verlegt wird, wo doch täglich andere Gäste darauf rumlaufen. Sollte umbedingt angesprochen werden, da dies auch durch ne Reinigung mit Staubsauger oder Chemie nicht in den Griff zu bekommen ist. Man riechts, wenn man das Zimmer betritt. Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch... |
