A relaxed atmoshphere in a very clean hotel with a quiet comfortable room and an excellent restaurant. We couldn't have asked for better. |

Nice room. Friendly staff. Very easy to access from the Bern train station and close to the city center. The tram (#9) stops across the street from the hotel (last stop) and runs frequently making it very easy to get into the city. Nothing we didn't like. Be aware, however, that they just opened (the night we stayed there) a new concert center right across the street so there was an all day/night (until 11pm) outdoor concert right across the street and it felt like you were right there. I'm not sure if that was just a one-time event, but something to be aware of if you are looking for a quiet place. Probably only an issue on weekends. We found it to be a cool perk, but others may not. |

???? refere to the next Q We encounter bed-bug and reported to the reception with a catched bed-bug from our room as a sample. We were moved to another room but was still unsatisfactory! |

Quite and comfortable, good for its money, for sure. Close to the center, 5-10 min by bus. It is close to stables, so when wind blows your way don't open the window! To be fair, there's no smell inside. |

great value for a swiss hotel, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. not so close to the city center, 20min walking. Only two pc for internet access at the lobby. No free wi-fi |

We really enjoyed our stay at this Novotel Bern Expo. The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room are nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. Great breakfast and delicious food choices for room service. The tram ride to the city center was short, it took about 7 minutes. |

Great location next to the expo center, football and ice hockey stadium. Only 10 minutes away to the center by the tramway or 15 minutes walking to the famous bear pit. Modern facilities. |
