Novotel Bern Expo  

Very accommodating for our family of four. The tram stop right outside the hotel was a great way to get into the city.

Breakfast is very expensive. We found a nearby cafe for breakfast instead, which was open even on a Sunday morning. La Praline on Kastenstrasse.

Good stuff, big room and clean

There was someone open my room when I was sleeping around 8.30 am and then close the door once they recognize that someone was was in the room. I report to the hotel stuff n they said will cheek that for me but never got the answer that who was it ! ????

Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel provides free WiFi access (but only at 1f lobby).

Little bit far from Bern central. But it does not matter so much because a tram station is very near.

Location is good not too far away from the exit of motor way

Room cards did not work out for a few times. Without the card you cannot use thevlife. I was staying aon the 8th floor Very small bath room. The big problem is, handle of the door fell down as I open the door of the shower. Tissue cover was falling out as I toke a piece of paper, no shower cap, no shaver for men Tv automatic switched on during late mid night! Indid not touch the tv at all since I check in.

The location

Indeed a 4-star hotel with a very good price. Do not miss them! (It is a new hotel)

Me cambiaron, al solicitarlo, una de las habitaciones- de no fumadores- que reservé porque tenía un fuerte olor a tabaco.

Había elegido dicho hotel porque en el Novotel de Niza estuve, el pasado verano, muy a gusto pero en este caso ha sido totalmente lo contrario. Desde mi punto de vista, y teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de construcción reciente, las habitaciones no son nada confortables puesto que dan sensación de dejadez. La limpieza también estuvo por debajo de lo esperado: pelos en las camas y,en una de las 2 habitaciones que reservé, un fuerte olor a tabaco( la bolsa de plástico que habían colocado en la alarma anti-incendios aún estaba allí).

Unser Fehler war es schon, das 'Bitte nicht stören' Schild nicht an der Türe anzubringen. Aber Reinigungsservice bereits um 8h45.... :-)
