Tram outside was great, location relatively quiet, room nice and spacious Food overpriced and no other options in area, no toilet brush in toilet, nice hotel but not that much better than ibis really and yet much higher price per night

Very convenient place, tramp no.9 links the hotel with downtown and main train station. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The opened coach may be used as a queen size bed, so the room accommodates up to 4 persons.

Good stuff, big room and clean There was someone open my room when I was sleeping around 8.30 am and then close the door once they recognize that someone was was in the room. I report to the hotel stuff n they said will cheek that for me but never got the answer that who was it ! ????

Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel provides free WiFi access (but only at 1f lobby). Little bit far from Bern central. But it does not matter so much because a tram station is very near.

Excellent beds, bathroom seperate from wc, nice size room, good breakfast, very effective check out, great location. To get a good price I paid up front - fair enough. But even so I had already paid before I even checked in the front staff insisted that she took yet another deposit of 100 Swiss Francs "just in case" - very poor customer service in this moment. Also Internet was expensive.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zuvorkommender Umgang, auch bei Reklamationen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Parkplatzangebot für Hotelgäste prekär wenn zusätzlich andere Events sind (z.B. Fussballmatch, BEA etc.) In Zimmern in der Nähe der Lifte sind die Fahrgeräusche in der Nacht und am Morgen störend.

Chambre hyper confortable, silencieuse. Salle de bains parfaitement fonctionnelle. à 15 min à pied du centre ou 5 min en tram, arrêt juste devant l'hôtel, circule jusqu'à minuit. Le petit déjeuner, internet et beaucoup de choses ne sont pas comprises dans le prix et sont assez exorbitants ! à plusieurs reprises, quelqu'un a ouvert puis refermé la porte de notre chambre alors que nous y étions encore !

Il rapporto qualità prezzo, quando si riesce a beneficiare di sconti od offerte speciali. Il fatto di dover pagare il garage a prezzo pieno 14.- chf, come se si lasciasse la macchina per 24 ore, anche quando la si lascia solo alcune ore durante la notte.

Μεγάλα δωμάτια, με όμορφη επίπλωση, πρόθυμο και ευγενικό προσωπικό και πολύ πλούσιο πρωϊνό. Η αρχιτεκτονική επιλογή για διαφορετικούς χώρους λουτρού και WC ενώ φαίνεται εξυπηρετική, εμφανίζει το μεγάλο μειονέκτημα της στέρησης νιπτήρα στο WC, και της συνακόλουθης αδυναμία για άμεσο πλύσιμο χεριών.

Bon emplacement a 10 a 15 min de marche du centre historique, et sinon un arret de tram en face de l'hotel pour etre au centre en moins de 10min! Personnel qui parle francais et qui aide beaucoup pour les conseils de visite. La douche a tendance a mouiller un peu a l'exterieur de la salle de bain et aussi le lavabo qui ne s'ecoulait pas tres bien. Les draps de lits pourraient etre un peu plus doux..

Booking.com hanteert twee prijzen zijnde al of niet ontbijt inbegrepen voor een klein prijsverschil. Indien je ter plaatse ontbijt betaalt is het verschil maal tien !!!!

Personnel agréable et serviable. J'avais booké pour trois nuits, je n'avais pas remarqué que ce n'était pas uniquement une réservation, c'était ferme sans possibilité de changement (l'argent étant décompté de ma carte de crédit). Changement de plan, j'ai dû annuler la dernière nuit, et malgré l'engagement la responsable des réservations m'a remboursé une nuitée, sans frais. Bon petit déjeuner. Un peu loin du centre, mais le tram passait par là.

Die unmittelbare Lage zu BEA-Gelände oder auch Eishockeystadion ist natürlich 1A. Und die Tramhaltestelle beinah vor der Haustüre macht den Transfer in die Innenstadt zum Kinderspiel. Ein Abfallkübelchen auf dem Frühstückstisch wäre schön
