staffs are helpful and friendly. the hotel is located next to the train station (only 1-2 minutes walk). the room is not big and a bit noisy but not a big problem. |

-great breakfast the elderly woman who worked at reception during the night provided poor service. the room had a binder stating all of the services etc available. One of the items was a fan and as the night was quite warm we requested the fan. the woman refused our request and gave us a lecture on what we needed and did not need. I would never recommend this hotel again based on poor customer service |

Location is right next to the station - a big advantage. Balcony was an added advantage. Toilets ahould have some latch, particularly for family rooms. |

Room adequate. Position for exploring fab! Breakfast good selection. It had just been painted and scaffolding was noisily removed outside our room at 7am. |

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Morgenbüffet war sehr gut. Der Zimmerservice sollte bis 23h funktionieren, ich konnte aber um 18h15 kein zusätzliches Kopfkissen bekommen, da niemand mehr im Hotel war. Das Zimmer war auch ein bisschen lärmig. |

Sehr zentral gelegen in Gegend mit ausserordentlich vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Sport aller Art. Sehr gute Anschlüsse an öffentlichen Verkehr. Das Frühstück war dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entsprechend angemessen aber leider das Obst nicht frisch. |

Hotel ist sehr zentral, Weg vom Bahnhof ist kurz (praktisch, wenn man viel Gepäck hat), Getränkeautomat im Hotel. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es relativ ruhig! Es gab keinen Zimmerservice (für Langschläfer etwas problematisch(-:), das Zimmerputzen fand immer erst am Nachmittag statt. |
