Location was brilliant for the purpose of our stay and the hotel kindly provided a daily shuttle service for us. The rooms were lovely and comfortable as well. It is unfortunate that there was only one restaurant to choose from and it was very expensive. |

Nice friendly staff. Beautifull view and surroundings. My room was at the back so I could hear the highway all night. Small room with old bathroom. Average breakfast. Very far from the centre of Geneva. |

we pay the money and left the hotel without using the room. we didnt like the fact that on the hotel's roof there is a huge communication center thet we believe that he is danger. |

It an excellent hotel if you have a car as it is outside Geneva yet close to it. The view of the lake is marvelous when taking breakfast in the morning. I got lost trying to find my room as there are three wings and I have to find the right wing where my room was. |

Location (sole reason for choice) Staff lacked grace and charm, room small with motorway view and tired decoration. Breakfast - fruit salad was tinned, croissants stale and no one was present to welcome guests or direct them to a table. Hotel needs updating. |

We really enjoyed the staff and the pool. The breakfast wasn't extravagant but was sufficient. It took over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport (even after we had called to let them know we needed a ride). The return trip to the airport went fine though. |

j'ai aimé la disponibilité du personnel. On a cassé une vitre de ma voiture à Genève et à 23 heures , on m'a aidée à bricoler une protection très gentiment. J'ai aussi apprécié le café qu'on m'a servi spontanément au petit-déjeuner . Merci à ces employés. Le bruit de l'autoroute... |

Personale molto gentile anche se nessuno parlava italiano. Reception aperta 24 su 24 molto utile. Non c'era un depliant specifico sui servizi dell'hotel, ad esempio una cartina con specificato i vari servizi (bar, fitness, ecc...) |
