Hôtel Best Western Chavannes de Bogis  

The hotel has not been renovated in many years. E.g. The windows are not tight and when the outside temp. Is minus 15 Centigrade with wind speeds of over 90 k/hour, the room gets cold and you hear every single car that is passing on the near-by freeway.

Spacious, clean, pleasant staff, good grounds.

Far from any other eating place or shops. Breakfast had no wholemeal cereal,nor bread. Poor tea making as the water was hot, not boiling Very limited choice at the Bistro. All meals were expensive Before coming, it was difficult to find the hotel telephone no. On a website If like me , one has no mobile phone which operates in Switzerland, it would have been good to be told beforehand, that the Information desk at the arrival area of the airport would, call the hotel and the shuttle would come 15 - 30 mins. Also where the shuttle would be located.

Good service, very clean rooms and common spaces.

Room very small, traffic noice unbearable

The outdoor pool area was nice and the countryside was lovely.

I was under the impression that the shuttle would take us into Geneva, so I was disappointed to be stuck at the hotel with no options for shopping or dinner other than the hotel.

We got upgraded to a room with view over the Leman lake. The view was amazing in the morning sun. Free wireless internet (amazingly, the wired internet was not free !!!)

Tiny room, no amenities, be careful with clicking on TV, you can get charged very easily... Don;t accept to pay Euro from the hotel, ok, you will not see the conversion on your credit card bill, but their rate is incredibly high!

Situation géographique idéale

Pourtant habitué de l'hôtel, à mon arrivé le soir chambre pas prête. Puis mise à disposition d'une chambre ne correspondant pas (et de loin !!) au prix payé. Rentré dans l'ordre après âpres négociations, mais pas normal du tout ! L'hôtel était davantage préoccupé par l'arrivée d'un groupe de touriste que de me fournir une prestation de qualité, alors que je suis un habitué des lieux. Surprenant et scandaleux !! a bon entendeur...

Lage nahe der Autobahn

Der Check-in war ein Desaster. Die zwei Herren hinter der Reception arbeiteten schienen wie zwei wirre, überforderte Hühner. Ich hatte den Einduck, dass einer der beiden heute seinen ersten Tag hatte, vielleicht hatte er bloss seinen Kopf bei der Freundin . . . Obwohl wir nur zwei Gäste waren, sollte es zwanzig Minuten dauern, bis ich endlich in mein Zimmer gehen konnte.

Le prix peu élevé parce qu on avait réservé le jour même, nous avons même été surclassés car il manquait la baignoire demandée pendant la réservation. Pour le reste personnel super chaleureux avec fort intérêt pour des jeunes de 21 ans comme nous, ce qui n a pas souvent être vus dans les autres hôtels visitées où la clientèle jeune est mise de côté... Même les prix du mini bar étaient accessibles!

Joli établissement, lit confortable

Les chambres situées coté Tennis sont proches de l'autoroute, donc très bruyantes!

Personnel très sympathique.

Déçu du rapport qualité prix : chambre petite, pas de baignoire, trop de bruit avec les voitures qui passent sur l'autoroute, petit déjeuner du 1er janvier réduit par rapport à celui de la veille.
