This residence provides luxury apartments with kitchenettes, some with balconies and panoramic views. It is on the banks of the Divonne River, a 10-minute drive from the center of Geneva.

Facing one of Geneva's most beautiful parks, the Hotel Eden is a few steps from Lake Geneva, close to the center of the city and all the international organizations.

- my room wasn't done between the two nights. - location is not close to anything (airport, city, train, not even for a taxi) - after 10 pm nobody wanted to drive the airport shuttle anymore.
Small rooms , no enogh space to move
Good all round hotel
Free parking Upgraging of the room (thank you) Garden View (I don't recommend high way view) Great location (near Geneva 15 min by car)but I recomend to take the train from Coppet because of big trafic jam in Geneva
Expansive restaurant hotel (but in the same level than in Geneva) Too near from High way
The outdoor space was lovely and very suitable for my granddaughter who was with us. The restaurant was nice.
The room was very small. Bed uncomfortable. No shower only a bath? No air conditioning which made sleeping difficult.
The view of the farmers fields towards the lake was very nice. Shuttle service from airport and to other locations was good, but completely necessary for any traveller without a car. I had one meal at the restaurant and the food was exceptionally prepared. The pool was nice and clean and the rooms were comfortable.
The location was terrible for a solo traveller without a car. It was completely isolated, 4 km out of Coppet. Shuttle provided, but had to be booked the day before, and return time had to be pre-arranged. Also, as it was right off the major highway, the traffic noise was constant throughout most of the night. So despite the beautiful views, it was not peaceful. The service in the restaurant was inattentive and distracted. The wine arrived once the main course was almost finished. The desert never did arrive, despite waiting one hour after finishing the main, without being able to get any servers attention. I finally had to approach the desk to pay the bill, and report that dessert had not arrived. Staff was gracious and made efforts to remedy the situation, but overall attentiveness was poor. Overall, it would be a nice hotel for a conference, or a large group stay, but not the right choice for a single traveller.
The room was very clean. Lovely garden with great view. We arrived late and the restaurant was fully booked but we could have dinner in our room. Spacious bathroom and spotlessly clean. Really nice staff.
Express breakfast (included in price) was very very basic.
I stayed here for a conference, and was impressed by the room's cleanliness and comfort. I walked into the restaurant just as they were closing (around 10pm) and they were kind enough to find me some pasta to eat. Nice terrace with a view of the lake and mountains. The room had all the essentials that you would need and a nice bathroom with plenty of counter space (a rare thing in Europe!) The staff was kind enough to alter my reservation from a two-night stay to a one-night stay with late checkout (after I realized how expensive it was, and decided to save $100 by staying elsewhere...)
My late night meal, while much appreciated, turned out to be outrageously expensive ($45+ for a bowl of spaghetti and a glass of the house red) and I felt the room was very overpriced too, considering how far away from Geneva this is, and no separate bathtub or WC. This is a solid 2- or maybe 3-star hotel by US standards, and for that price you could get something much cuter and/or more convenient in Geneva. I feel like they're just somewhat taking advantage of people who must stay there for a conference.
everything- terrace, restaurant, staff location
The hotel chauffeurs (navette) were very accommodating in taking me to see my father in an EMS nearby as I had broken my arm and couldn't drive.
Not crazy about the location, but that's personal.
Welcome was friendly, check in was fast. I forgot my mini-bar key and even before I realized, someone already brought it to my room.
Shuttle arrived late at the airport for the pick up. After canceling the early shuttle for the next morning, I received a very early wake up call the next morning anyway claiming my shuttle had arrived....
