Nothing at all. It was a generally a bad experience as the romm was terrible. It looked like 1975 decor that had not been updated. I got bitten during the night by a flea in the bed! Very poor value for money, should be a 2 star max. |

Location is nice close to the lake and city center. Lady at the front at arrival desk was very helpful and friendly, but next morning person could hardly any english, but was friendly by all means. Bathroom was nice and clean and more modern than the room in general, very small, though. no problem to have a nice hot shower in the morning. The rooms have very oldfashioned furniture, but the bed was very comfortable and big. Breakfast had a bit limited offering, but croissants were good, fresh and big. |

The location in relation to the city of Geneva is not bad. You are located near many shops, cafes, and the Old Town. There is no way this is a four-star hotel. Two stars at best. You are paying a four star price for a 1.5 star hotel. Although, the hotel is helpful, the rooms are tiny and they don't offer very many amenities. I would only recommend this hotel if there is nothing else left in Geneva. |

The location was good, particularly for the Old Town of Geneva as well as the centre on foot or tram, staff were courteous. I think for the money it could be improved, bedroom was cramped (couldn't open the bathroom door fully or pass each other in the room itself), no ventilation in bathroom, the hairdryer fixed to wall was badly placed and got too hot to handle, the TV stations were much more limited than advertised and it's not a good idea to show porn channel with just the centre blocked out. |

The employees were very nice and helpful and very polite The bathroom was under standard. Small room. Only one chair in the room. Lift was small. I asked if Best Western gave Eurobonus points and got no as an answer, I think that is wrong and I would like to have my Eurobonus points for this stay. |

We had a room on the side and it was very quiet. The staff satisfied all our desires. Only a few TV-stations free of charge. It was one of the worst 4-star hotel I ever went to but it seems to be a general problem in Geneva. The breakfast buffet was up to a minimum (no meat). Any B&B or other hotels we went to had more choice. |

Nothing was right. old rooms, ants in the room, very cramped and no value for money. I didn't like the room, its noth a 4 star, i would put it in the category of 2 star. Europe should have standards and should charge what the hotel is worth for and not the location |

As with all hotels in Geneva, the travel card one receives is an excellent initiative. Trams (16) are right outside the door and take you where you need to go, especially Gare Cornivain the main station. The room was a little small asuch that it made it difficult to unpack a suitcase. |

Man muss die Tür also zuknallen.

The completely renovated Hotel Cornavin enjoys an ideal and quiet location in the very heart of Geneva, just 1 minute from the train station and 5 minutes from the international organisations. |
Benefiting from a prime location opposite the Main Railway Station of Geneva, Hotel Bernina is adjacent to a big shopping centre and only a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva. |
The 3-star Astoria hotel is located in the heart of Geneva, facing the Cornavin train station, close to the business quarters and the UN, the UNHCR, the WTO and the WHO. |
Very well located, 300 metres away from Lake Geneva and the Cornavin train station, in the heart of the nightlife district, the Nash Ville hotel provides easy access to the historic old town. |
