Vicinity - close to train station and main shopping area. Breakfast staff were friendly and food was reasonable. Outside of the hotel was being renovated, so quite noisy - requested room change and was 'downgraded'. This, along with quite a few other mix ups, was disappointing. The 'downgraded' room had very thin walls and was kept awake all night & morning by noises all around me. Finally, after having to make another complaint, the concierge was gracious enough to upgrade my room. This room was quite lovely, but the noises from adjoining rooms were still audible. Apparently the hotel had already undergone refurbishment: what a shame they didn't do something about the walls. Quite an expensive hotel for what it was offering unfortunately. |

Hotel is very central and room quiet. Good bar and restaurant on site. Easy access to hotel reception - no steps to climb with heavy luggage.Wonderful coffee machine in room. Room was fairlyl small and occasionally noises could be heard from rooms either side. |

I liked the location of the hotel very much and the modernity and cleanliness of the room. I got an upgrade I believe so had a great room. Also liked the outdoor patio. Very complicated lighting system - some instructions would be useful |

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. I have stayed at this hotel periodically during the last 20 years and really like it. They are doing remodeling in one wing. I didn't notice noise at a bothersome level, but the scaffolding outside and construction siding in the upstairs hall wasn't great to look at. This should soon be done I would think. |

la habitación confort era estupenda así como lo centrico que estaba en la ciudad y su buffet desayuno. la decoración del hall se podría mejorar ya que es la primera imagen que se tiene del hotel. Lo demás muy bien. |

Hyvä sijainti Maksoin laskun VISA-kortilla jota veloitettiin euroina . Hotellin käyttämä vaihtokurssi CHF / euro oli surkea, huomasin sen jälkeenpäin. Hävisin oman laskuni mukaan noin 35 euroa!!!. Hotellille sanoisin että hävetkää. En käytä enää Best western hotelleita ja enkä suosittele hotellia kennellekään, päinvastoin |
