pleasant staff and atmosphere, large rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids, nice view, calm well equipped. Pool is nicely warm. |

Meine Frau und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum (Fussgängerzone) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel war sehr schön und gut; negativ ist einzig der Lärm von der Durchgangsstrasse. |

Gute Lage und ruhiger Standort Das Zimmer war ein Appartement. Das ist i.o. aber wir hatten weder einen Haartrockner noch neue Wäsche erhalten. |

l'accueil et aussi la situation de l'hôtel un grand regret : dans votre confirmation de réservation tout est en excellent français sauf des coûts généralements compris dans le prix d'un hôtel. Plus que le montant supplémemtaire, c'est le principe que je n'aime pas |

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der MitarbeiterInnen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, genügend vorhanden. Auch die Möglichkeit, das Fz in der Garage abzustellen und natürlich die Lage, sei es in Richtung Ascona zu Fuss oder per Bus nach Locarno. Das Hotel ist sehr ringhörig. Vom Zimmerservice hätten wir eigentlich mehr erwartet, lag doch die Bettdecke am folgenden Tag immer noch gleich auf der Kofferablage, wie wir sie deponiert hatten. Ansonsten gut. |

Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer, angenehmer Frückstücksraum und gutes Morgenessen, Nähe zur Altstadt von Ascona und dem See. Alles entsprach den Erwartungen. Wenig kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel, hoteleigene Parkgarage zu teuer, wenn man lediglich nachts (21 Uhr bis 9 Uhr dort parkieren möchte. |

die lage war super, den frühstückbuffet war auch ganz gut , wichtig immer frisches brot! na ja das einzige die wir bemängeln ist das die garage sehr aber wirklich sehr eng war , ach ja und die kissen im bett war zu weich sonst alles ok. |

die zentrale Lage in Ascona, das Hallenbad, die Aussicht die Wendel-Treppe in den Saunabereich muss unbedingt gesichert werden, der Fitnessraum ist sehr altertümlich |
