The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location excellent just a few steps from the lake and easy to find. Quite a cozy hotel, great breakfast. I enjoyed the nice indoor pool. The garage parking could have been free.

- Staff is very cordial, helpful and friendly - Food in the restaurant is nice - View of alps from the balcony is amazing - Swimming pool area is big enough - Small garden outside is quite nice - Hotel could do well with a new coat of paint - Traffic noise comes even when the windows are closed - Underground parking rates are quite expensive

The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. There was hotel notepaper and a shower cap. I missed those little extras that one would expect at a 4 star hotel, for example there was only soap in a dispenser on the wall in the bathroom. I had to ask for a bathrobe but there were no slippers. There were no spare pillows or blankets in the room. The telephone notepad was very cheap paper and just a pencil. The wifi was a bit 'hit and miss'.

Ruhiges Hotel, Nicht weit vom See entfernt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Freundliches Personal. Beim Parkplatz wird man eingeschlossen von unvernünftigen Autofahrern.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauber und ansprechend. Nähe zum See und zur Stadt. Trotz zentraler Lage recht ruhig. Diskrete, nicht zu laute Musik im Speisesaal. Bezogen auf das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis keine Beschwerden!

Localizacao. Falta de informacoes, pois reservamos um estudio pensando que fosse quarto. O excesso de taxas que nos custou 50% do valor da reserva, cobrando desde roupoes de uso na piscina 60 francos o casal e na saida, 90 francos para a limpeza do quarto. Cafe da manha de baixa qualidade e custando 20 francos por pessoa. A falta de informacao do hotel no site prejudica toda a confiabilidade e seriedade do sistema booking.com

Es liegt Zentrumsnah in Ascona, ein paar Gehminuten vom Lago Maggiore. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Hotel könnte etwas heller und frischer aufbereitet werden.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit, freundlich einfach Super. Die Anlage war sauber und das Essen war sehr gut. Zur Strasse hin war es voallem nachts etwas laut.
