War alles o.k. netter Empfang, schönes Zimmer. Ich finde den Frühstücksraum sehr unglücklich. 6 er Tische wo man nur von einer Seite her zum Sitzbank kommt. Geht also der letzte auf der Bankreihe zum Buffet, müssen die anderen zwei Personen dauernd aufstehen. Aber das ist schon alles. Vielen Dank.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die schöne Terrasse und das ausgezeichnete Essen. Um in die Altstadt Aarau zukommen, muss man leider das Auto nehmen, da es zu Fuss zu weit ist (vom Hotel haben wir aber gratis Bus-/Bahntickets bekommen).

Leider Musste ich vorzeitig (07:30) Check Out machen ohne vor Anmeldung da ich beruflich viel unterwegs bin..... Leider wurde ich die Volle zeit berechnet!!!! Ein Nacht wo ich nicht in Hotel geschlafen habe was sicherlich weiter verkauft würde wegen große nach frage von Einzelzimmern in Raum Aarau ... Dies würde nicht kulante weise nach gelassen/reduziert sondern die Volle kosten belastet... dies finde ich nicht gut von so ein großen Ketten Hotel wie Best Western.......

Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof und am Aare-Uferweg. Gut zum Wandern und zum Lauftraining. sehr mageres Frühstück (das Wort Buffet möchte ich nicht benutzen),Hauptstraße in Hörweite

Personal war sehr bemüht: Hotelbistro war nichts Besonderes und ich fragte nach andere Möglichtkeiten in der Nähe - ohne gefragt zu werden, haben sie im anderen Restaurant angerufen um festzustellen, ob sie auf hatten (was nicht der Fall war) und dann ein weiteres Restaurant empfohlen (was leider zu Fuß zu weit weg war). Das Hotel ist bei booking.com als Wellness Hotel beschrieben, was auch ein Grund war, warum ich es gebucht habe. Ein 'Dampfraum' hinter einer Gardine neben dem Fitnessraum (was selbst kein Raum sondern im Gang neben dem Aufzug ist), war mehr als enttäuschend! Außerdem waren die Preisen im Bistro teuer (auch wenn es inzwischen fast normal in der Schweiz ist). CHF 6,50 für 0,1 ltr offener (nicht sehr guter) Wein ist aber übertrieben! Frühstück war auch etwas begrenzt.

Es ist unspektakulär aber übersichtlich und praktisch mit genügend parkpätzen und sehr nettem vielseitigem personal. genossen habe ich das restaurant im haus. ferien würde ich nicht machen aber für geschäftliche aufenthalte ist es ideal. das bad war sehr sauber, was mir gefällt. als ich meinen pc eingesteckt habe, war die gegend um die steckdose von alten spinnweben umgarnt. das wirkt sich auf das gesamtsauberkeitsgefühl aus.

Mir hat die Bettwäsche hervorragend gefallen. Dass der Preis für die Haustiere erst beim Schreiben der Rechnung rauskam. Dass es insgesamt alt, nix besonderes und trotzdem furchtbar teuer war.
