Location is OK, however noisy because of the railway nearby and chuchbells that start early in the morning. What I really did not like in this hotel is the breakfast, very limited choice of bread and a lack of fresh products. And if you park your car outside you have to pay 8 CHF, with the argument that the hotel has to pay as well. Complete lack of hospitality and an uninterested staff, my last stay in this hotel, since there is plenty of other opportunities around. Bathroom wasn't clean either and for the WLAN you had to pay 20 CHF a day, not the type of hotel where you feel welcome, very formal staff as well.

Internet access was not free of charge and quiet expensive. Restaurant did not have that big option to choose on the menu card and small options to choose from the breakfast menu.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant haben wir gut und zu einem angemessenen Preis zu Abend gegessen.

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Nettes Personal. Checkout normalerweise schon um 10 uhr. Zimmerstandard entspricht nicht einem modernen 4 Stern Hotel.

Mir hat sehr gefallen, dass ich im gleichen Hotel, in welchem am nächsten Tag die Tagung war, kurzfristig ein Hotelzimmer bekam. Auch dass ich noch nachts um 11.45 Uhr einchecken konnte. Der 4. Stern dieses Hotels ist ein wenig am erblassen. Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind ein wenig spartanisch, auch wenn ich die Grösse des Zimmers als sehr angenehm gross empfand.

L'accueil à la réception a été excellent et très compétent. La chambre était très spacieuse, parfaitement propre, le lit très très confortable et la douche délicieuse. Déçue qu'en comparant le prix de la chambre avec les autres hôtels, je me sois faite avoir avec le prix "sans" petit déjeuner !

Keurige kamers (business en junior suite) met goede werkmogelijkheden, goed bed, uitgebreid ontbijt, snelle in/uitcheck, goede ligging T.O.V. station en uitvalswegen. Geen airco (kamer was, midden Augustus verschrikkelijk benauwd). Er wordt verbouwd met dit bovenstaande als aandachtspunt. Geen ijsblokjesmachine op verdieping, geen koffie/theezetfaciliteiten op de kamer.
