Ubicación muy buena aunque en calle secundaria. Pago por anticipado de las dos noches reservadas y el parking, todo sin previo aviso. No resulta justificable, los servicios se abonan después de recibirlos. |

El hotel está renovado y en buen estado El personal del hotel no es reponsable, en el restaurante no hablaban inglés fluido, sólo alemán.El desayuno era escaso y de mala calidad. El servicio de habitaciones pésimo y si necesitabas un cepillo de dientes o una almohada, tras varias llamadas a recepción nadie te lo traía, si llamabas al restaurante se iban pasando la llamada de departamento en departamento sin llegar a atenderte. |

La ubicacion, la limpieza y el desayuno Que te obliguen a pagar la estancia antes de darte la habitación y no te informen de ello hasta ese momento. Esto no viene indicado al hacer la reserva |

The hotel is located in the center of the city and the breakfast was good. The service of the staff was the worst. They were so unkind and aggressive. Compared with another hotel where I stayed, it was terrible. For instance, I woke up in the middle of night because the room was really cold. When I called to one of the staffs to request to do something for me and the response was that just it is October so I have to stand it. I just became speechless. I'll never go back. |

Its well situated being not far from the Station,our means of arrival, river and lake. From our room we could see the central tower of the famous covered bridge, and its proximity to the old town with all its vibrant waterfront bars and restaurants was just right. We like Luzern and will definitely return to this hotel, and recommend it to our friends I think the presence of a night club next door is a negative, we were woken at around 4:30am with lots of noise and Breakfast on Sunday at 8 ish was dominated by the incessant boom of what we thought was the music from below. |

Located right in the heart of the city,close to the train station. It has a nice restorant that serves reasonably priced food. Has a side walk whern one can sit and watch the world go by. |

The room I stayed in was quite cramped but fine for someone staying by themselves. This was a Queen Bed Superior Room but would be a little tight for two people for more than one night |

Very nice hotel. The best thing about it is location for sure. Only 2 streets from the Bahnhof, a couple of meters from the main sight - Chapel Bridge and only few minutes form the best night club in Luzern named Pravda Bar. The personal is not rude at all, quite the contrary - we came at 12, the check-in time was at 2pm, but the girl at the reception gave us the room without any problems. The bed is not a big one, these are joint two. Not so very confortable for a couple. |
