El desayuno buffet , es muy completo. El personal es muy amable

El que nada más abrir la puerta de la habitación , te encuentres con la cama, y esta sea visible desde el pasillo. Le resta intimidad. La luz del baño debería mejorar; es escasa.Aunque es un cuatro estrellas.En España sería catalogado con un tres. Tambien sería deseable, por el turismo Español existente en Lucerna, y por el precio del hotel, que alguien hablase Español

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicacion.El desayuno esta aceptable

El personal del hotel , nos dieron un cuarto, muy caluroso, no funcionaba el aire,nos cabraron por adelantado,40 grados por lo menos se derritieron los chocolates, maltrato terrible,al pedir cambio de cuarto.fue lo peor que he pasado en 30 años de viajes por el mundo.

la siuacion del hotel, está muy cerca de todo lo importante de Lucerna.Está renovado y limpio.

We stayed in an executive twin room and it was very spacious and very modern.

For a 4 star hotel the toiletries in the bathroom were very basic (one bar of soap) and nothing else. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No one picked up the phone when you called house keeping or room service. If you wanted anything (like an extra pillow) you had to ask twice.

The location is perfect

The bed is not comfortable and too small..they should put king size bed in the double rooms.

While i was in the room in the morning, there was someone knock on the door and open the door. I think that must be housekeeping staff but he/she did say anything before open the door. This is not really good manner and not professional as 4 stars hotel staff.

Price, location, comfort, breakfast.

Hotel staff did not tend to broken, missing items in my room, at all, during my stay. Not good as far as service is concerned.

Underground parking (safety), very close to the city center and market.

Good location just 2 mins walk from the train station , hotel staff was helpful , room was nice and clean . Breakfast buffet was good. Had a good time there.

I was given an upgraded room at no extra cost (without asking). The conveninece of bar/brasserie was helpful.

The Location is great, just a few steps to the Train Station and the Old City is just across the lake. The price for a double room is very reasonable (for a place like Switzerland), and the food in the Brasserie is great and fairly-priced. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The negative reviews are not fair to this hotel...Air-conditioning in summer is a definite plus and worked well.

Luzern is a lovely city, but the hotel unfortunately has no view of the lake. Also the twin beds put together (to make a double bed) has a gap in the middle, and the mattress and pillows are not firm so thus not very comfortable. They should purchase REAL double or queen-sized beds and this would make the hotel just perfect!
