Frukosten jättebra. Rummen mycket små och omoderna trots att det stod stora moderna rum. Rökfri våningen men det stank rök i korridoren. |

Location was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and new. Breakfast spread was good. Love it! The pillows were extremely flat. Though we were offered to choose our pillows, we did not bother to do so. |

location the hotel did not honor the hotel policies that they write, which said : All children under 15 stay for free when sharing the same bed... and i think they are not fair by forcing us to buy two rooms while we have put the remark that i have child that need extra bed and 4 years twin that will share the bed. if they are fair they should tell us in advance so i can cancel it and book other hotel. therefore please help other tourist by changing their term and condition. so no more tourist will feel treat unfairly. |

The facility of the hotel is quite new, and up to date. The hotel service is fairly good. There was not free wifi internet available, it is very inconvenient. |

Johnnie warmly welcomed us and made us feel immediately at ease. He is a valuable asset for the hotel. The breakfast was very good but the dining area was too small for the crowd. There weren't any clean tables and there seemed to be insufficient staff to manage. This could have been managed much better. |

We liked its location to train station and the old town area and sites, resturants, ect. The breckfast was good ! It was very hot and the A/C did not work at all !! We booked this hotel for the A/C, and felt that we were not adequately compensated for the very uncomfortable conditions (they were to give us a 25CHF credit, which was not adequate for the extreme heat of over 90 degrees !!!). At our request, they did furnish a sm. fan which barely worked . |

Room was spacious, neat, clean and well decorated. Worth the 120 euro per night for the double room. Location is too good (very close to city station and famous wooden chapel bridge). Breakfast was OK. They could have added more variety and increase the quality as well. |

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak good English. The room was nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. The best part is the hotel location. Its only 300m from the central station and also near the major attractions of the city. The lake is just 2 min walk so you can go out and relax by the lake side anytime. |

This was a very comfortable and well-appointed hotel that had everything going for it but ........... .......The incredible noise from revellers visiting the adjacent nightclub began at 10.00pm and continued, unabated until 7.30 am !! If you do choose to stay here, either go clubbing with them or bring earplugs! |
