Set in the quiet ski resort of Arosa, Blatter's Bellavista Hotel enjoys a perfect location within the Swiss Alps. It offers a breakfast buffet and a free ski bus. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle to the skiing was reliable. Very old rooms, that stank (like in a very old church). I assume that they kept the windows open before we arrived to keep the bad air out, which resulted in us not being able to sleep since it was so cold. After lots of complaining they assigned us to a newer room (for additional charge) Breakfast is also borderline for swiss ****.

Very lovely and quiet setting! The spa facilities were very well-done - With the fresh-wood smell of the sauna and the glass windows so we could see the snow coming down outside, it felt like we were in a wonderful "snow-globe"! And the staff was very friendly. We will never forget the wonderful time we enjoyed at this hotel.

Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. We stayed at apartments near hotel and they really cooperated well during our stay. I liked their drop n pick up service. We had a young child and got goodd assistance for our needs. Not anything in particular

We loved everything about this hotel! It was beautiful inside and out. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We ate the 3-course meal at the restaurant. It was reasonably priced (for Switzerland) and was quite delicious. We had to leave early, before the breakfast area was open. The owners brought us bread and jam and made us coffee and tea for the road. Our rooms had a view to the mountains and it was stunning. Not a complaint but you should know--the hotel is out of town, up a long hill. However, since the hotel is a destination in and of itself, we didn't care!

Excellent hotel in a great place. We really enjoyed a 5 -night special offer over Easter and were blown away by the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food and facilities. Nothing, really cannot fault anything about the place, the people, or our stay - it was fantastic!

Hat uns super gefallen in diesem Hotel. Sehr schön renoviert, nettes Personal, Sicht auf die Berge, top Sauna mit Aussicht. Und jeden Abend brannte ein Feuerchen im Cheminee. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Leider erwies sich das Doppelbett als zwei nebeneinander geschobene Betten...

Perfekter Service, sehr gute Ausstattung, excellentes Essen Kleinigkeiten, z.B. könnte der HotPot im Wellnessbereich wärmer sein, auch das Wasser könnte mal getauscht werden

Das Hotelpersonal sowie der Skibusfahrer waren äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausserdem ist es toll, dass es einen Hotelskibus gibt.

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Guesthouse Chalboda verbracht und konnten den ganzen Hotelservice geniessen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-). Super Service auch der Ski Bus war super!! Frühstücksbuffet wunderbar.

Tolles Hotel mit überdurchnittlichen Einrichtungen. Sehr nettes Personal. Auch die Gäste entschprechen dem Hotelniveau. Der Service im Restaurant müsste noch verbessert werden um dem guten Haus den letzten Feinschliff zu geben.

Wir haben einmal im grossen Saal am Abend gegessen. Ein sehr düsteres Ambiente, was an der Beleuchtung liegt. Unser Zimmer war io, doch die Bettstatt war kein Augenschmaus. Matratze ein rechtes Stück länger als der Lattenrost. Betten konnte man nicht richtig zusammenschieben. Abstand von 10cm! Vom Dorf haben wir rein optisch mehr erwartet.

Es war zum 2. Mal ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Ferien in der Schweiz sind nie etwas billiges aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war gut und wir werden nächstes Jahr zum 3. Mal unseren Skiurlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen 1 wirklich schlechter Kellner - alle anderen Angestellten waren top
