close to Interlaken West train station Hot water for shower was a bit inconsistent. The room I got originally has no heat but staff was very efficient to change room. Good services. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking activities. The room was nice for the price and even though we shared the bathroom, it was never an issue. Be wary of the lack of elevator and the possibility of a 4th floor room. |

Clean room of reasonable size in good shape. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff. Close to Interlaken West train station. Shower and toilet on separate floors. |

The hotel is in a central location and has been renovated and the rooms are modern in design. Our room was average size with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was compact but clean and fine for our 2 night stay in Interlaken. The continental breakfast is not lavish but adequate. The stairs carpet is not new and gives the wrong first impression as the room had new carpeting. For a 2 star hotel it is absolutely fine. The stair carpet looks old and worn which is a shame as everything else was fine. |

The staff were very friendly. We were staying there for the night and leaving early morning to go to Jungfraujoch. The hotel staff offerred us breakfast for the mornin. That was a nice gesture. |

we spent two days in Blume and it is very comforatble and central located, everything you need is in short walking distance. Zoom and shower is clean with home feeling, free Wifi and free car park is easy, it's an excellent choice that we'd highly recommanded. |

Staff was very kind. Although very small, but the room is clean and with a relatively large bathroom. The hotel declared wireless signal covered all room, but there was no signal in the room No. 11, which was very inconvenient. |

Room was large, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Our room was noisy (over the restaurant) and rather shabby, the stairs were saggy and there were many of them. One shower for several rooms makes for a wait in the morning. |

Restaurant food (Mexican) is good. Otherwise nothing... We have a 4months old baby. Despite this information with the hotel they gave us the room on top floor. Please note the hotel do not have a lift. It was very hectic for us to carry luggage and baby coat (attached with kinderwagen) on the 4th floor everytime. |

The Mexican restaurant and decor were a refreshing contrast to the Swiss efficiency outside. Very homey and the staff were relaxed and nice people, with a nice attitude liking to help people. Some of the rooms had balconies and the sharing toilet and bathrooms was also not so bad as the rooms have a wash basin. The restaurant is also good quality for atleast one meal when you stay.
