服务员非常好，对我们很亲切。 我们因为要赶火车，早上特别早就退房用早餐。工作人员特意早起为我们4人准备早饭，还很热情的和我们合影留- 念，非常好客。

卫生间有点小，洗澡的时候动作一大手臂就会碰到墙，感觉稍有不适。其他的都还好~

地点适中，离火车站步行20分钟，辛亏酒店提供住宿期间免费乘坐的巴士票，也省下很多麻烦和金钱。去火车站- 的巴士就在酒店附近，坐2站就可到达，5分钟- 左右。酒店的早餐也不错。女服务生的态度很好。洗手间不是独立的，不过还好，没有出现过等候的情况。

没有电梯不太方便。

地理位置不错，从西站过去比较近，老板人很好，还会讲中文，房间干净卫生，虽然订的是共用洗手间，但比想象- 中的干净很多，也不会出现等人的情况，总体说算是很不错的！！ 值得推荐~

酒店不错，设施齐全，很干净，小阳台很可爱。就在城区里，方便。

Very good location and friendly staff.

Single-bed room was a bit smaller than expected, but was adequate overall. No elevator made luggage handling a bit of a pain.

Hotel was good and had a restourant as well. All rooms were clean and new.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant offering Mexican food. I was surprised to see at internet this restaurant at Top 5 best restaurants list of Interlaken. The room we stayed was big enough for similar 2-3 star hotels at the region. It is a quiet hotel generally. Live music Friday and Saturday nights adds value. We made a 4 day trip for sking at Jungfrau, the location is convenient, you can easily reach Interlaken Ost train station via buses from where the mountain train is moving.

Not too much options for breakfast, at least for our standards (Turkey), however probably good enough for Europeans.

The hotel had a great character and it was very convenient to get there and get around town. Remember to ask for a card to travel for free with buses around town.

It did not have an elevator, so if you have heavy bags, ask for a lower room.

It is cheaper and decent as compared to other hotel in the same area. I think they are doing a great job.

Everything was great . No complains

Resonable price in interlaken. Nice room. From the window, I can see the view of mountain. The most delicious breakfast I had in my trip. Even I had to used the share-bathroom/washroom, whenever I use, it's available.

Too small for the bunk-bed room.
