The noise was so bad. The room was next to the street. The teenagers were there every night that I stayed there. I never slept ,that was why I checked out a couple of days early. Also why do you have to pay for your Internet? Then it only last for minutes. Then one of the staff members said that was all they could do. There was a younger blonde headed girl there and she was always very helpful. The manger the older man he needs to take some TBL classes for business Which mean he needs to be more helpful Towards the guest. All and all I can tell you that I never will stay there again. One more thing that angered me was I even called long distance. Your Internet Stated you had a indoor pool. I called a verified this fact and your gentleman was so happy to inform after my arriving that I had to walk 5 minutes and that would be no problem for me if I wanted to swim! Even my aunt who leaves here In Zurich stated that the man was so rude,but with a smile. Melanie Toves-Hirt

Sehr gute Lage, gute Parkplätze für das Auto, gutes Frühstück, nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Flusslandschaft hinter dem Bahnhof für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge während den Seminarpausen

Da das Hotel nicht allzu gross ist, fand es als familiär und angenehm. Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Hotelzimmer roch leider nach Zigaretten und war nicht so angenehm.

L'aimabilité et la flexibilité du personnel. La proximité avec la gare (50m du quai). Il était juste domage que le restaurant Papillon (de l'hôtel) soit fermé le dimanche soir. Sa carte paraît très intéressante. Il faudra y retourner à une autre occasion. Nous avons trouvée un autre restaurant pas loin en ville.

Preis-Leistung ist optimal, Lage nahe Bahnhof, spartanisch aber gute Einrichtung -> hat alles was man braucht. Da in der Nähe des Bahnhof, relativ laut von der Strasse her. Bei geschlossenem Fenster lässt es sich aber gut schlafen.

Emplacement idéal en face de la gare de Frauenfeld et près du centre historique. Dommage qu'il a plu toute la soirée. Je n'ai pas pu en profiter pour faire un peu de tourisme...Le personnel accueillant et souriant... L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas idéal... On entend les gens dans le couloir et aussi les trains et buses dehors... Dommage...
