Small purpose built hotel in a quiet road just off the lake shore. A large building project in the area but building work only started at 8am so we were not disturbed too early. The breakfast buffet was excellent and wide ranging, staff very helpful and again receptionist spoke excellent English making it easy to find out about local services. Rooms could accomodate three adults touring with three single beds |

Early morning drink facilities in room. Good choice of breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff service, especially Elena in reception. Very good cooling facilities - fan, closing blinds and large windows appreciated in very hot weather. En suite was adequate for us but w c position could be a slightly tight fit for any well built guest. |

Bathroom is small but everything you need is there. Room is clean. I appreciate that a water boiler is provided in the room. Breakfast do not have much choices (No eggs. Bread for toast will not refill unless you asked for it). A bit far from the train station. If u have large luggage, better take a taxi. |

Reception was friendly, hotel and rooms were better than the front entrance would suggest. Make sure you reserve parking, because its hard to park otherwise. |

It was quite near to the railway station and the boat station. ( Trolleybus no 1 was just 3 min walk away). And the staff were very nice and helpful |

Walking along the lake-side in both directions as far as Clarens or Chateau de Chillon. Walking up the Gorge de Chauderon to Glion. |

Good facilities; tea-coffee and hot water in a big table, good desk, new tv, spacious room. The bathroom has a hairdryer and was very clean and cozy, everything ok. Great windows and sun inside the room. It's located very near to the Lake Leman. Doesn't have free wireless internet for guests. |

The staff were excellent. They were warm and welcoming, offering to help in any way. The position is terrific - near the station, the lake and Chateaux de Chillon. Hotels in nearby location were so much more expensive than Bon Port, and Bon Port's recent refurbishment made the room very comfortable and the room looked luxurious. The hotel was fantastic. |

Close to centre of Montreux, very friendly staff, bright, comfortable and cosy room, internet for guests downstairs in reception. The outside of the building is completely covered in plastic sheeting. Could not see out of the windows. Breakfast has no hot items. |

it was a good location and a good breakfast was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived the hotel did not have a name sign on it. The parking is very limited and in an awkward garage beneath the hotel. Also, the building was covered in scaffolding etc and there was no mention of this when we booked. The corridors to the room smelt of sewers!!!!!! |

The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are new, with confortable beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the hotel was very helpful. For European standards, the rooms are quite spacious. I would definitely stay here again. At the time of our stay (late January 09) there was construction on the outside part of the building, so there was scaffolding outside our window, this did not, however, impact my positive experience at the hotel. |

the staffs are very helpful. they allow us to have late check out because of the delay of our luggage arrival. they also helped us to check all the transportation details efficiently and booked the taxi. |
