Close to train main station, good breakfast, good acomodations. No ar conditioning is a problem during summer. Impossible to sleep with windows opened due to street noise. |

The room was new, clean and comfortable. Room was facing the street.Sleep was disturbed by external noise. Could hear footsteps, vehicle movement and roadwork in the early morning between 4am to 6.30am. |

I liked the location because it is near the central train station. The staff was friendly. Good breakfast. The room I liked a lot because of its modern appearance. In general I do not like suiss system that the guest needs to pay internet. All over Europe it is included in the price. I think there will be no problem to charge few CHF more and give it for free. It is anoying for business people. |

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was outstanding, and the convenience of a full breakfast was brilliant. The room was a bit hot. Consider putting in ceiling fans if aircon is not an option. |

Very friendly and helpful personnel. The breakfast was good and the restaurant can be recommended also for dinner. Room was rather small. Location was not so good than expected. The hotel was located behind of main railway station and it was rather long walking distance to old town and shopping streets. I can recommend this hotel with the positive arguments above, but there seems to be other 3 star hotels with better location and same price level. |

Hotel room was nice with great toilet facilities e.g. bathtub. The was no air-conditioner in the room and we had to open the windows at night while people were making so much noise on the streets. Breakfast was not great too with just simple food. |

The hotel was convient, safe and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my second visit to urich and I found this location to be very convient The hotel was nice but definately over priced. My 4 day stay was double the rate of other hotels that I stayed at |

Excellent location near main train station and nearby tram stop. Also good value hot breakfast included in rate, as well as free newspapers (but get up early to get one!). |

Location near train station, with unsavory business on the street so it felt unsafe at night. We were given a handicapped room - not requested - the shower sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom. We requested a triple, The extra bed had a paper thin mattress - extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited. |

Large enough room, large enough bed, nice interior (halls on each floor), fast check in and check out, good breakfast assortment, cordial staff. Breakfast 6-10, if you come by 7,30 - 8 there is already small choice left. |
